Thank you for the review but I think you've made a mistake. The Old Court House is a B&B in the lake district we do not have a restaurant here.
This B & B was an excellent find. An easy walk down to the Lake. The room was spotless, hospitality was great. Breakfast excellent with choices. Parking on site. Well recommended. Very convenient for local restaurants and shops in main street.

Thank you for your wonderful review it really is appreciated
We stayed here for a weekend break and it didn't disappoint. Clean rooms, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and a really good location, near all the pubs and restaurants. The owners were accommodating and I would highly recommend a stay here.
This lovely historical old building is a gem of a place in Bowness. Very central to all the bars and restaurants but that little bit up the hill to stay away from the noise of the town centre itself. 2-3 mins walk down into the...More

5 people you would need 3 rooms as all our rooms are for maximum 2 people sharing. So you would have to have 4 people in 2 rooms & 1 person as a single occupancy of a double room. You can book dirext with us by phone or e mail or on Trip Advisor. You can either get a taxi, bus or walk from the train station, a taxi would cost approx. £4/5.00 & take about 10 minutes depending on traffic, the bus would be about £2.00 & take approx. 20 mins or you could walk which would take you about 30 mins. Thanks for your message & I hope we hear from you soon.
