You have said that the room was quite cramped and you could have done with a bigger room – you got the room that you booked and it states when booking that it is a small family room with private external bathroom so if you had read the room description and not booked as it was the cheapest room available...

Lovely, friendly and helpful service. The room was good and clean. Bathroom and toilet were not en-suite but we knew this prior to booking and worked out fine. Breakfast was nice and always served with a smile.

When i first come up to your room to ask you to keep your son quiet it was after 10pm and it was due to the guest next door who had complained about the noise and asked the landlady next door to have a word with us when you answered the door it looked like you had been asleep and...

A group of six of us, two groups of three, stayed in two rooms for two nights. We enjoyed our experience. The property is located off the main drag in Bowness so is pretty quiet. Karen, the owner, was very pleasant and made good breakfasts. She had a system, which seemed logical to us, of having guests fill out pre-order...
