Arrived about 14.00 hrs Saturday 6 th August 2016 and left at 15.00 hrs on the same day. No way could we stay there. The Gold standard caravan was filthy and smelly, cobwebs everywhere, grease all over the cookers, toaster and grill. And the toilets......well we just won't go there....disgusting!! We phoned reception immediately and they sent a man to...

Thank you for your review following your recent stay at Fallbarrow park. It’s evident on this occasion that our standards have fallen a little short for this I do apologise. It is not our intention for you to be unhappy when leaving Fallbarrow park. As you mentioned our park is very busy and had we had another unit available would...

Recently spent a week here with friends in a motorhome. 4 adults and 3 children. The park is very well located, only a 5 minute walk into bowness, and positioned right on the side of lake Windermere. The perfect location for a relaxed summer break. We had breakfast in the Onsite deli a number of days and the breakfast is...

Thank you for your review following your recent stay at Fallbarrow park. Our touring park is very popular after this time of year. It’s so handy just to pitch up and be able to walk to all the amenities. I am glad you found our deli good as you saw it is also popular with a lot of our other...

Booked for a trip to celebrate in our motorhome for my hubbys 40th. First impression is very good, and the location to Bowness is brilliant. However the location of the touring pitches doesn't make you feel like you were in the Lake District. Its hard to explain you feel a little like its just stuck in that space on the...

Thank you for your review following your recent stay at Fallbarrow park. I am sorry to hear you did not feel as though our touring pitches are rural enough. Not all of our hiring accommodation is by the lake or has a lake view. Even though our park is surrounded by beautiful lush woodland we are close to Bowness village...

It was a last minute booking but it was certainly what we need. The campsite is located at Bowness in Windermere. On arrival the reception staff where very helpful. We only booked for a basic static caravan as that was all we needed & the park is very dog friendly also with an exercise area. There is alot to explore within the village...

This was our second visit to Falbarrow Park and certainly won't be the last. Beautiful lodge with stunning views. Park immaculate. Childrens play area ideal for the light summer nights. All staff extremely helpful. A special mention for Emma whom I have had many dealings with and is a credit to the company. Can't wait to return.

Brilliant location....literally a two minute walk from the centre of Windermere. The caravan was clean and tidy on arrival and everything was in good working order. The park itself was well maintained and there was a nice friendly atmosphere. However, there was a couple of things which were a bit of a let down for us personally. When booking the...

Thank you for your review following your recent stay at Fallbarrow. I am sorry to hear that you found a few issues in your caravan. It is not our intention at Fallbarrow that on your holiday you have to worry about noise and beds not being moved and for that I do apologise. Most of our silver caravans are close...

Fallborrow is a really lovely quite place. Restaurant and outside area has been done up. Only a 5 minute walk into Bowness. Great views of the lake from the park. It's a shame kids are allowed in bad after 9pm as this could be used for adult only time.

Thank you for your review following your recent stay at Fallbarrow. I am very sorry to hear about the absence of your TV. Frozen pizzas served in the bar. Never ate anything after that in the boat house. Very good location for Bowness, The Albert is within rolling distance. Overall, it's good, much better location than White Cross Bay, but WCB is the better park, difficult one :)
