we only stayed for one night but it was excellent. The room was clean, The staff were friendly and location excellent. There was a restaurant on site which looked amazing but we didn't use it. Not for any particular reason.

The hotel was a bit dated the router Windows needed changing for proper double glazing the floors were a bit creaky the trip from the car park up to the main hotel reception was very steep and having to carry your bags up and down stairs was not really that good would be a struggle for an older person

We arrived on friday eveningand we were greated by a lovely friendly lady on the desk. We were given keys to room 3 a large family room. I was expecting a double bed and a sofa bed but to our surprise we had a double a single and a mattress on the floor. At first I was not happy about... More

I had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn, the room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park though is on a 45 degree incline, so for anyone suffering with chest problems or usually has trouble getting up hills, you should maybe get out of the car at the top of... More

We recently had a night stop over after a long trip from Scotland. The hotel is very tied and in need of updating! Our first room didn't have a working bathroom light so we moved rooms. Both rooms had mould round the taps and bath. The decor was definitely in need of updating as there was black tape on the... More

Hotel does need a bit of an update but breakfast is good and staff are friendly. If u get a hotel room looking over the car park it is quieter had a room at Back once and can be noisy with the motorway.

Good location. Good service. Great food, especially the premier breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. As far as budget hotels go..... there really isn't very much to complain about. I needed a room for a night, and Premier Inn delivered.

When I checked in to this hotel I wasn't expecting much - the normal Premier Inn experience. But this is an old Premier Inn, and it shows, with a tiny TV bolted to the desk with rubbish sound, power sockets on the wrong side of the room (at the desk, but not next to the bed where you want to... Motorway noise very intrusive on motorway side due to secondary glazing only, when either triple or double + required. Refund refused as get out clause mentions double glazing. Tip : ask for car park side if motorway noise bothers you.
