Lovely and welcoming especially if you have four legs! Guaranteed parking in this area is also a big plus. Facilities and rooms are better than a lot of other much higher priced places. Attention to detail is all I can say other than thanks for a lovely stay.

Comfortable room with plenty of storage space for our 3 night stay. Excellent breakfast, welcoming owners, just a short walk from the railway station for the steam trains to Dartmouth, and close to the sea front too. Plenty of places to go in the area. An enjoyable short break.

The food is super and although I have eating problems at times, nothing was too much effort for them. The breakfast is to die for, even the dogs had a sausage...

It's been said many times on here but Tony and Jill are fantastic hosts who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Room was clean and Breakfast was fantastic. They gave plenty of local tips like not taking the wrong road in Cockington! Great people. Great place. Would stay again.
