Just spent two nights here and must say i agree with other reviewers. The owners are really welcoming, we were offered a cup of tea as soon as we arrived and asked if we needed help with luggage. We stayed in a very comfortable double room on the top floor that was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee making facilities with...

Offered tea & biscuits before we even checked in ! Friendly staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room, good bed too. The cooked breakfast was great also available were cornflakes, yoghurts & fruit etc ... Good internet connection. Few minutes walk to town, beach, pubs, pier & cinema, brilliant location. Not modern but very good for the price. We would return.

We stayed here for two nights in the too floor 4 poster bedroom. The room and bathroom were spotless. Lovely tea & coffee making facilities and other little extras...sweets and a small sewing kit. The room had a small tv. We found the room itself a nice size and the windows opened fully which was brilliant. The bathroom was adequate...

This is not a large nor expensive hotel, nor is it, I must confess, the most modern but if you want comfort, a really positive welcome, a good breakfast and lovely staff then this is the place to stay. Well situated in the heart of Paignton and only 5 mins walk to the railway station the owners, Jen and Dave,...

Been going here for a few years now, welcome always excellent, good, clean accommodation and very hearty breakfast with lots of choice. Locality couldnt be better for the town, the nightlife, entertainment and the beach.

Stayed here four nights in early March for a family reunion. The weather was dreary, but the B & B more than made up for that. Friendly welcome from Dave; tea, coffee and biscuits, and a welcome chat in the large lounge. One of our party had a mild learning disability and was treated extremely delightfully by our hosts. We...

Just had a long weekend here and enjoyed every minute. From the moment we arrived everything was spot on. David greeted us and immediately offered refreshments and help to take our cases to the room. The room itself was big, so no sideways shuffle round the bed to get out. It was exceptionally clean and had everything you could want,...

Stayed here for a couple of nights, very clean, excellent food and service but ruined by the fact we were told that there was only a few steps to the room.... a whole flight of stairs greeted us for my hubby with MS who walks with a crutch this was a huge struggle. Parking only for three cars so first...
