It was great to be welcomed back by the "Redcliffe family". The staff make this wonderful traditional hotel. Great food as always. Newly decorated main staircase area is a big improvement. Room clean and large (Room 36). Looking forward to returning later in the year.

Went here on Mothering Sunday. Party of 14 including two children. Food and service was first rate. We are locals and it was great to find somewhere with such wonderful surroundings that could provide a menu full of splendid choices and food that was as good as it sounds. The staff are extremely helpful which is important to our family...

It was very clean, the bathroom was very large and beautifully tiled. The shower, although it was in the bath, was very powerful and the water was lovely...

Took my mum for afternoon tea and because the restaurant was busy we were shown upstairs to the Francis room. Great views out to sea and the Afternoon Tea was delicious, especially the prosecco! Great service as well.....would definitely recommend to others.

A fine example of its period, well maintained, very comfortable and clean. The leisure complex was a lovely bonus.the staff were friendly and helpful, the only criticism was the quality of the bar food, the meringue roulade should have been called Etons Mess!
