Absolutely stunning hotel! I would recommend getting the sea facing room, it's well worth it; not only does it face the sea it's also where the outdoor pool and gardens are..makes a very gorgeous view to wake up to. Everything was just perfect...10/10 service, food and atmosphere. I felt like royalty! Definitely returning soon

We used a 2 night special from a well known organisation to stay here - the price included return Ferry, two nights accommodation for 2 people including breakfast & evening meal on the first night and just B&B for the second night, plus free entry to a roman villa at Brading. The hotel itself has a lovely location and the...

Ideally located on top of the cliffs adjacent to Shanklin's Old Town and Chine. This is a modernised older hotel so the en-suite was a bit tight but perfectly adequate. The views from the dining room over the gardens and then the sea were marvellous. The free WiFi was excellent with a download speed of about 35 Mb/s. We went...

Having just got married (6th May) a family member bought us a short stay here knowing we would not get away unless "forced" too. What wonderful all round experience. We were a guided tour on arrival and even shown the children's area (at our age, nah!). The staff were very attentive and the evening meal was exceptional, so much so...

Just had a few very enjoyable days staying at this hotel. Excellent views over the gardens to the sea and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good but not a lot of choice and could have done with more fruit at breakfast. Overall though a good 3* hotel.

I booked the Luccombe Hall Hotel, for a two night Birthday break for my wife. Booking was very easy, with a very polite and professional lady, helping me reserve the perfect room and also booking suitable ferry crossing on my behalf. On arrival we were welcomed warmly and given a tour of the hotel facilities, including a beautiful indoor swimming...

The hotel is well past its best but we had a pleasant 2-night stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome from duty manager, Cathy, who showed us around the premises and gave us some handy tips about the local area. We stayed in room 5 which was adequately sized but a little tired. The bathroom could do with being...

Warm welcome. Reception and waiting staff were very nice. Food was of a good standard. Restaurant was welcoming and decorated nicely. Just a shame the room, especially the bathroom were such a let down and in need of a refurb. The bathroom was grubby ie dirty grouting and shower door, the shower trickled with water. The windows were filthy inside...
