We have just spent a weekend at this hotel and was very impressed with the way we were treated. I have Limited mobility and they did all they could to make our stay easy. The food was very good, beautifully cooked and presented nicely. The staff was superb.

We booked a self drive holiday with Alpha. We where at this hotel for 1 week. The hotel is very nice.We had a sea view room & it was great. The entertainment was mediocre, they seemed to want to talk rather than entertain. The food was very good but the portions are small. The only other problem we experienced was that...

Went on a weekend coach trip with my husband, arriving 21st Oct,left 24th. Stayed in room 72.The room itself was fine but was in need of some light emulsion as it was dark grey and very dull! The radiator in the bathroom was not working so we reported it and it was fixed the following morning. Our shower was very...

We have just spent 6 days (5 nights) at the Shanklin Hotel. It was with a coach party of 40+. The experience was much better than we had anticipated. The beds were clean and comfortable, the food and plates were always piping hot. The Service from the ‘Waiting’ Staff (and all other Staff) was excellent. Once the food was ordered...

We found the staff and the facilities at this hotel to...

Had a really great holiday, Our room was overlooking the sea which was spectacular. The hotel has facilities for everyone with it's games room, indoor swimming pool and bowling green. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable and most of the staff were polite and friendly but some of the restaurant waiting staff need to be more attentive to the customers...

Went here with Alfa travel never again . Don't get me wrong the hotel was clean the room was cosy the bed comfy BUT the service at breakfast and dinner was absolutely disgraceful.I know some people are well looked after with their mealtime but ourselves and a few others were treated appallingly. They walked past us on numerous occasions leaving...

We have recently returned from an ALFA tour to this lovely hotel.the food was good, beds comfy, and overall cleanliness was excellent, especially the thick fluffy SNOW WHITE towels. The trips to various parts of the island took us to some beautiful locations. The theatre just off the main street is a great place to visit, but be warned, you...
