A warm welcome from the staff on arrival, very clean comfortable rooms, good quality food.
My only criticism was the tea,both in the room and at meal times it tasted cheap and nasty.
But everything else was lovely.
Came here with just go holidays.pleased with the whole experience.all the staff,waitresses,receptionists were very helpful.food ,room and entertainment was excellent.would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The Cliff lift should be open from Easter until 31st October although it has been hampered with maintenance issues over the last couple of years which has meant it hasn't opened on time. It's worth checking with the Isle of Wight Council for a more accurate answer.
