Fabulous combo of country house and boutique with Scandi-twist and modern art thrown in. Great breakfasts and home-grown accents (eggs, honey etc). Ventnor itself is a little run-down but go for the coast.

I am so sorry not to know the answer to this question, but I am sure that Gert, at the hotel, would be happy to respond if you email or phone him. It would depend on there being ground floor accommodation, as I don't believe there are lifts, and also the two rooms we stayed in were very small.
