Nice welcome on arrival from Manager swift check in and room allocation, Our room was on first floor, spacious, clean with good shower facility. Inward facing rooms have no view looking over extraction plant which gives early morning awakening around 5-30 am when it is switched on. Food is average for a self service carvery set up, at least three...

Stayed whilst on a coach trip of the island. On arrival staff distributed the cases very quickly. Took us a while to find room, as lots of narrow passageways and is a bit of a rabbit warren. We were in 402, so on top floor. 65 narrow, uneven stairs to climb, as lift only takes 2 people safely, 3 at...

Stayed here on a coach tour. A victorian hotel modernised, staff helpful, a very small lift to all floors, sadly took just 3 people squeezed in, so can be long waits at meal times Dining room sadly lacked ventilation with large numbers and was at times uncomfortable and overcrowded. All means are carvery [self-service]. Food was good and so was...

We have recently returned from this organised tour and had a really good time. The tour was extremely well organised and covered so many interesting things. There was plenty of time to see all that was on offer. It was made even more special by our tour guide Jane. She was very informative, enthusiastic and interested in all she had...

Stayed on a B&B basis and the buffet style breakfast spread was excellent. Our room was large and on the front of the hotel overlooking the sea. The room was bright large...

Stayed for 2 night whilst on business in the area.Upon arrival was warmly greeted, and advised I had been given a free upgrade to an executive room at the front of the hotel with sea view. The room was great, clean, spacious and comfortable with a good hospitality tray. It soon became apparent that the hotels main business focus is...

We were part of a five day coach tour. The Hotel is situated on the promenade at Douglas. Booking in was easy and we were delighted to find that our room overlooked Douglas Bay at the front. The Hotel has recently been refurbished and it shows. Our room was clean and fresh, well furnished with matching furniture - a wardrobe,...
