Good location with a short walk to shops, seafront, pubs, take-outs and bus stops. Friendly family-run, nothing is too much trouble. Good breakfast, plenty of tea/coffee etc. Situated on quite a steep hill, but the No 25 bus runs up from Douglas bus station every hour and stops just opposite. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future. Many thanks...

We stayed for four nights and room was ok, clean and comfortable, bed was fine think it's was a zip and link one certainly spacious. Bathroom was rather tight and almost impossible to do your teeth over the washbasin which was very small compounded by the shelf above it. Think it needs some rethinking. No problems with hot water when...

We stayed here for a long weekend, the room was spacious and clean although the decor was a little dated. The bed was soft, I prefer a hard mattress, but that's a personal preference, and the bed wasn't too uncomfortable. The hotel is in a good location near Douglas town centre and Mr Lee the honour was very polite, charming...

Lovely breakfast and rooms that feel at home. No lift so if you get the top floor it's tough. I think this is the cheapest you can find on the island. Definitely would recommend. Don't shower 30 minutes before breakfast though as everybody showers at that time and water pressure might be too low.

Was hoping for big things after reading the reviews about this hotel but I was hugely let down. Firstly was left on my own when I first arrived with hardly anyone coming to welcome me or give me a room key for a good 15 mins - not a great start to the holiday. Getting hold of the staff was...

Stayed for the weekend. A warm welcome on the Friday. Comfortable beds, full english for breakfast, including good strong coffee, served very efficiently. I was very happy with my stay. Would come back again.

Great hotel / B and B, clean and tidy , decent breakfast , Eric the host was a lovely fella. 5 minutes to promenade. If your expediting a boutique experience try somewhere else. If you want a reasonably priced spot to stay it will tick the box .

Highly recommend great host .Eric lovely rooms and easy for Douglas. Breakfast is great. Showers are brilliant. Close to everything you need. Remember in February that the electric and steam railway are both closed. But bus connection to all of island is both cheap and frequent.
