We booked this hotel in reception and was in our room 20 minutes later. The Hotel is spotless and the rooms are adequate. The Bed Linen was white and crisp. The towels pure white. Lovely fast showers, Every one of the staff are little Gems and the hotel chain should be very proud of them. We came across this hotel...

Clean and tidy hotel. Caters for a lot of coach trips for older people which explains the comments about it being dated. Well, yes it is a bit I guess. However, clean and comfortable, good value for money we were very happy with it. The staff were lovely and the breakfast good. Posh and upmarket it is not, but that...

We booked this hotel very last minute, its predominantly a coach trip hotel but caters for all, 2 nights here, clean, comfortable, would be a little bit hard for some with a lot of steps, decent bar prices, perfectly acceptable breakfast, but a bad nightly price. great location for ilfracombe harbour visit.

Its's awful. Struggling to recall a worse room I've ever stayed in. Room tiny and extremely dated. Bathroom minuscule! 3 star is extremely generous!! Having said that the staff are extremely nice and helpful!!

Great staff at the Hotel, but certainly lacking in some areas. After initially being given a very dull dark room right at the rear of the hotel, I requested a different room to which I was given room 107 just along from the restaurant. Room was better but how the hell they expect anybody to move in the shower is...

On arrival, you walk up a slope and then climb aprox 5 steps to reach Reception. Reception itself is light and airy. Booking in straight forward [ We travelled with Alfa by coach from the Midlands ]. There is a small lift, but at check in this gets very busy. We were on the 2nd floor and being fairly fit...

Great location and looks great from the outside. Unfortunately we were put in a room next door to where some of the hotel staff were staying. After enduring an hour or so of of the 'neighbours' having a 'jolly' time I complained to the night staff to have a quiet word with them to hold the noise down, this lasted...

We checked into this hotel after staying In a very poor leisureplex in Torquay. We had been upgraded to a room at the front overlooking the sea that was clean bright and airy. The Managemenet and staff were excellent and this was evident in the smooth running of the hotel. The hotel is being upgraded at the moment and it...
