after spending 2 nights at this hotel, I can only say that this was a wonderful experience.I was meeting 4 ols Army friends for a reunion and we were all very happy with this hotel. The facade of this Victorian building (1895)may not look very modern but the accomodation behind these grey walls is very modern and of a high...

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding at tunnels beaches. We booked directly through the hotel which was cheaper than using comparison websites. The location was ideal as tunnels beaches was just across the road so no messing about with taxis. Our room was a standard double room. Which had everything we needed. We needed...

We booked this hotel due to close proximity to The Tunnels where we had a wedding (literally 50 yards away!) We phoned a couple of times and they could have been more helpful on the phone although they did let us check in a bit early. Upon arriving, we were lucky enough to find a parking space in the (free)...

I read some of the reviews...and wonder what planet some people are from. This is an excellent hotel...From the welcome in check in...to the rooms...which are such good value for the price!. The breakfast is amazing...and I have nothing but good comments to give. Malcolm and his Staff work hard to give a really good service. We will be returning!:-)...

We stayed here for a couple of nights for my birthday. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as I had read a lot of bad reviews but when we got there, the lady on reception was very nice and recommended somewhere to go for food in the evening. The room itself was quite big and very clean, however, my...

My husband & I stayed 4 nights. The location is ideal; opposite Tunnels Beach & a 5 min walk to town / harbour. The staff were friendly & on our actual wedding anniversary we were upgraded to the suite which was a lovely gesture. The hotel itself is very good value & we was happy with our stay here.

Stayed here in September for a wedding at a nearby venue. The staff were super helpful and got our room ready first so we could check in early, which was really lovely of them. The bar and reception area is a bit shabby but that shouldn't put you off, because the rooms themselves are clean and pleasant. The location is...

Firstly, I think its important to explain that I tend to book budget accommodation. I don't expect perfection but I do expect the places i stay to be clean and tidy. When we arrived at the Bath House we thought we had parked at the back as the entrance was dirty and not welcoming. We later realised that that was...

The hotel is situated in a good spot to park up and leave your car to go into town if you can get a space ! 3 spaces had metals bars in the way and we couldn't get parked so We had to pay £11.70 for 24 hrs parking on top of the hotel charges. The hotel itself is dated...
