Lovely hotel inside, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Our room was lovely and clean, very spacious and the bathroom looked like it was quite new. We did notice we were served Lidl bottled Cider from the hotel bar (there is a Lidl nearby) and was a bit miffed we were charged £3.50 for something that came from a...

The hotel served its purpose as it was across the road from a wedding we were attending. Our room was extremely old fashioned and was not the cleanest of rooms. The breakfast was ok, not the greatest of quality. The dining staff were friendly and helpful but the main check in staff were not particularly. Our stay was extremely overpriced...

I visted this hotel with a group of friends. The hotel is very close to Tunnel Beaches wedding venue. Its literally across the road, which was the reason for our stay. The hotel is dated and would benefit from a spruce up. That said, the rooms were adequate for what we needed as a base for visiting the town. The...

Stayed for just one night on our way to Lundy. Hotel is a bit dated but the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable with a powerful shower which always gets bonus point from me. Only a 15 min stroll into Ilfracombe for the harbour, shops and restaurants, less to the tunnel beaches. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of...

Stayed here for four nights. The outside of the hotel looks old and tired and could do with a make over but inside it was very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Our room was quite nice but on a slight slope. The breakfast was fine but I usually have fruit and yogourt but there wasn't any...

Found the Bath House Hotel a bit run down but no worse than many of the Ilfracombe hotels. Our room was lovely - very clean, high ceilings, tea and coffee and plenty of it and a proper size kettle. En suite also clean with piping hot water all the time. Room furniture was generous and good quality. Old sash windows...

We booked for three nights and had room 107 - the suite. This was very spacious with a separate bedroom and a good sized lounge area which had a comfortable arm chair and a settee. There was a large TV in the lounge and a smaller one on the bedroom wall with good pictures on both. The bathroom contained a...

We booked this hotel for 3 nights. Very clean hotel inside - carpets throughout the hotel appear to be fairly new. The hotel has a lift which is a huge bonus as we had my mother-in-law with us. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful - we needed milk heated up for baby morning and evening for example and...

Good value for money. friendly staff, good location, parking could be tricky at peak times although we did get lucky. We had the suite as it was our honeymoon which was a nice touch from the owners as no extra charge. Would suit more mature visitors.

Decided to stay here by myself whilst on a hen do in the area. Booked a single room and thought it was ideal as it was situated in town near amenities. Not used to travelling alone, so felt a little vulnerable. Upon entering the hotel, I could not find where to check in. There was no designated reception area and...
