We thoroughly recommend this B & B an immaculately clean Victorian house. Heather the owner was lovely, nothing too much trouble and the breakfast was excellent. Dog friendly and parking on site, you can't go wrong.

lovely welcome from Heather-she has a lovely old home well maintained, we had parking (tight fit though), she had given us fabulous instructions to find where she was (this is so important for b&bs), we had no flannel BUT I had a soft pillow (which is great-wish all accommodation providers would give us a selection-cannot sleep on a hard high...

We spent 3 nights at this lovely Guest House. The owner Heather, was so sweet and made us so welcome. Our room was gorgeous, with lovely Victorian furniture which fitted the Victorian building so well! Very comfortable in every way and so spotlessly clean. Everything is there for your comfort. And the breakfast!!! It was fantastic! So much so, we...

In our visit to Devon, me and fiancée decided to stay in a traditional b and b run by Heather and her lovely funny dog. She made us feel very welcome and looked after us. We also loved the fry up and the porridge. Victorian style room with a comfy bed. The scenario is lovely and peaceful, coming from London...

I had a really comfortable stay at the Strathmore guest house. It is full of character and it was great to be met by Poppy the little dog. The room was comfortable, bathroom well equipped and breakfast delicious. Alas I was in Ilfracombe to attend my grandmother's funeral, and had an emotional moment before leaving to go to the crematorium,...

I was unexpectedly in town and in need of a room for a night. What I got was a lovely welcoming host in this beautiful Victorian house. The room was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was brilliant and got me ready for another day travelling. An excellent place to stay.
