When we arrived, yes the comments were fairly accurate, tired and dated. staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms again are tired and dated, but clean and good supply of hot water, clean bedding, our bathroom looked fairly new, shower,flooring and tiles. we were part of a group of 10 and we all found the same. The food was not...

The worst hotel please don't go there it was very uncomfortable and as for the food it was awful only had the breakfast a full English what a laugh it was cold just awful the next table which had 10 people on it were having a competition on who had the softest eggs they were rock hard we booked two...

Arrived on seven night stay dining room not in use dined in the entertainment room .not very comfortable. TV in bedroom very old water dripped though ceiling after heavy shower on to our bed. hotel needs a lot of attention

We Stayed here on a Booked Trip through Harry Shaw for 2 nights upon arrival was able to check in straight away although could tell the moment we walked in the hotel was somewhat dated décor not to my personal taste but that's just me and it reflected in the facilities aswell we checked into our room which was ok...

In this hotel, it seems a luck of the draw to how modern your room is. We had two rooms, a double and a double single, one of the rooms had a modernish tv but the bathroom was dated. However, in the double single room it had a old crt tv with a modernish bathroom. I do however have concerns...

terrible food. room was not a double but a single with a double bed. windows were welded tight with gloss paint. could not open them on what was a very hot night. manager would not move us as he said he had nothing left. however we now know that the whole top floor was only occupied by one couple. plus...

Just came back from this hotel. Room was ok, food left a lot to be desired, could get knocked down with post office vans on the left of hotel. Staff were very friendly. Caledonia Travel get shot of this condemned place. Have never seen so many buckets on floors collecting rain water in all my life.... Ilfracombe was lovely. Coach...

Hotel is shabby outside not accessible for wheelchair users. Bedrooms need a overhaul lighting not the best. Light in my bathroom was not working reported it on first day still was not sorted on day four.Service at meal times was very, very slow. There was only 2 members of staff serving which took them 2 hours to serve 50 guests....

Just nearing our holiday in ilfracombe and we have had a good time food has been first class as has the entertainment and the staff very helpful would gladly come again if we are down here again thank you allas we came all the way from carlisle
