Lovely newly-renovated building on the outskirts of Ilfracombe. Wonderful warm welcome, beautiful room and lots of communal space (including a pool table!). It's a decent walk into the town centre but only £3.50 in a taxi. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it. However, there were a few details that could be improved,...

We were very impressed with all aspects of this property. We stayed in room 14 which is quite a quirky room but beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom...

We used this as a stop off on the way Cornwall. Very clean and tidy and Breakfast was very nice. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Would of loved to stayed for more nights. Had a good stocked bar, with pool and games, so can easily keep yourself entertained if you wanted to stay in. Definitely recommend.
