We have just got home from a fabulous weekend here in our tent, 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 6. If we could have stayed longer then we would, its a dream. Polite and friendly staff on arrival, a brochure and map of thd park and beautiful surroundings. Found our pitch no problem and it was super flat,...

I'm not sure what to make of the "rude lady owner" as Carol, the lady owner is anything but rude. Maybe they caught her on a bad day but I've been going there for years and even when I've left bad tyre ruts from getting bogged down, they are always pretty relaxed. The site is exceptionally clean and dog friendly,...

First impressions set the tone for the rest of the stay. We arrived on a Friday at 2PM having travelled in wind a rain and looking forward to getting settled. Reception was not manned, but there was a phone number to ring, no reply. Looking further, we found a list pinned to the window with about five names on -...

Site its self we have stayed at before and it has been what we wanted. This time however, I checked in at Reception and was told I hadn't paid enough for my stay even though I had paid in full weeks earlier through Richard. This got the stay off to a very bitter start. We had to leave early due...

We stayed in a Forest Lodge for the second time in as many years. The Forest Lodges are brilliant. Radiators, Shower, Cooker, Microwave, TV, Sofas, Comfy Beds, loads of storage. The setting is idyllic. Situated next to a small river and surrounded by birch woodland one side and pine forest behind. When sat in the lodge all you can hear...

Just bought a new little camper van and decided to try a night away in Devon. The showers were immaculate and had a nice dog walking area. Got a little confused finding our pitch. Needed a longer cable to reach electric hookup.

We have stayed at Hidden Valley several times and we have always had a lovely stay. The toilet and shower blocks are very clean and warm with plenty of hot water. We have not found the noise from the main road to be intrusive, it is a lovely peaceful campsite and I would recommend it if you want a nice...

Have been coming here for a couple of years now and can't fault place. Have read the recent negative review and want to turn it on its head. I think It's great coming to a site where you can see the family constantly investing in the park... every time we visit, there have been changes and improvements made.... The team...

We have just stayed at Hidden Valley again and always find it a great place to stay especially if you have a dog! Great walks through the forest on paths which dogs love, great location for trips within the local area. The toilets and showers are spotless and cleaned throughout the day, great facilities all round. Look forward to our...
