The caravan site was on the whole good. We stayed on a serviced pitch and all the services were as expected, staff friendly and good access to road and local shops. The niggles were if we hadn't had a mover on our caravan we would not have got or van on the pitch, single track road to pitch little room...

2nd visit to hidden valley this year. Exceptional value for money as out of season. Carol is so helpful. Site is very quiet at this time of year but just as pleasant as in the summer. The owners maintain the toilet and shower block impeccably. Good level pitches, easily accessed. Only hard standing so no fear of being washed out....

Hidden Valley must be one of the best places we have stayed and have spend 6 weeks this year at the site. The staff proved to be most helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the facilities are excellent. John who looked after us is a great guy with interesting conversation and had done a great job keeping the grass...

the staff were ultra helpful, but the roads running into the reception parkup area was very bumpy and the hardstanding side of site were narrow and bumpy with some steep inclines declines, it would be helpful to mention 20 steps to reach lovely toilet block from the two lower terraces, and poor lighting in the dark evenings, moved from one...

Lovely peaceful setting, great woodland walks, easy access off the road for tourers. Spacious pitches and bonus of heated shower blocks. Shop for essentials and Restaurant and bar overlooking the lake if you want a day off from cooking or just chill. All pitches are level for caravans or tents and a little stream and playground for the younger members...

Very tranquil setting, our pitch was right next to the stream. Really clean and tidy site with good amenities. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for a relaxing weekend in the not too distant future.
