As mentioned in previous reviews renovation work is going on in the grounds as we were here for only one night it didn't really effect our stay. The hotel is only. 15 minute walk from Tenby town centre. We had fish and chips in the bar area...

This is a fabulous Hotel where the staff make you a part of their family, from the minute we walked in, to the moment we left them everyone we met was just so nice, courteous and friendly, we are in between Jobs & House moves & just needed to feel settled, when we arrived into the hotel we just felt...

We were not told that there was renovations going on and we payed for an upgraded view ..that had us directly opposite building work... Cosideeinf the hotel was pretty much empty..it would have been in there interest not to put us directly opposite a building site.

Me and my partner came here for a 2 night stay for my birthday, of the weekend just passed. Arriving at the hotel it looks very modern outside and all the downstairs area is decorated beautifully .. then we were shown to our room. Seeing as the basic room was roughly £110 a night, it was still pretty expensive for...

Dear MillieKat12, we are so sorry that our facilities did not meet your expectations and for that we wholeheartedly apologise since it is not our intention to sell sub-standard rooms in any way. Pricing rooms is always difficult for hoteliers and we are no different, in fact we believe we are very competitive for Tenby, which is a very popular...

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our visit very comfortable. I must highlight the food at the Brasserrie restaurant was fanstanic....

Stayed for three nights, very nice room but on suite bathroom was a bit tight, good bed and good linen, bath towels were a little on the small size. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of cooked or cold offerings. Had dinner first night which was excellent, and reasonable. The spa consists of a small swimming pool, jacuzzi,...

Good : Rooms are spacious. The double room I had was very big with a comfy four poster bed. It also came with a jacuzzi bath which although it took forever to fill, was pleasant once ready! Location is good, close to Saundersfoot and Tenby. Staff were friendly and attentive at all times. Service and food at the restaurant were...

Peter, After reading your response to my review of your hotel the last thing I'll be doing is removing it as when I left the review trip advisor asks to confirm that my review was a true & honest reflection of my experience. I would like to point out that as for you calling me bitter & twisted I think you'll find it's more likely the other way around & its you who is bitter & twisted, almost every negative feedback I've read of your hotel is met with threats of you wanting to take people to court for slander ect. Maybe you should look at it more as constructive criticism & do something about making the hotel better rather than just trying to belittle the customers that have had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Id also like to add that out of everything I wrote on my review the only thing you could bite back at (which you do on every negative review of this hotel from what I've seen) was the part where I wrote "somethings the Hotel should take note on & could have done to improve the place BESIDES putting a match to it" By all means take me to court if you feel the need but my comment was NOT written to entice anybody to do so. As for the hotel being sympathetic towards is if by that you mean turning the music back up 30 minutes after complaining then yes you were very sympathetic (that's sarcasm by the way incase your narrow mind can't get to grasps with it) I'll look forward to reading whatever negative response you post in regards to this. On a lighter note if you do decide to invest some money into replacing & solving the rotten/damp issues within your hotel give me a call I'll do you a good deal on building materials. Much love Gary. PS Merry Christmas xx
