decided to have a few days away to celebrate my birthday. Had a lovely first floor room with four poster, looking out across to Caldey Island. Big spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath which worked a treat. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. Staff and owners very pleasant and helpful.

So much to love about this hotel but unfortunately we won't be booking again. Brilliantly located, no parking but this isn't a problem as there's a 24 hour car park a short distance away for £3. The room itself was fine, bit dated, hair on the soap but nothing major. I appreciate the building is old but if you enjoy...

The room was very spacious and had all the amenities, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities. There were chairs and table to sit and admire the lovely sea...

This is a lovely well maintained hotel right on the esplanade that provides great views of the beach from your window. The rising sun is just brilliant over the castle. Breakfast is lovely and the staff friendly.

I had scone with tea at this premises on 12/09/16 whilst in Tenby for a few days. The customer service was good and the view from the tearoom of the sea was great. I asked for just a scone with jam and tea as I cannot tolerate a lot of dairy. The portion size of the scone and tea was...

Good location and very clean, with some nice touches like bottled water and biscuits in the room along with the usual tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were all lovely and welcoming and there was a good choice of food for the breakfasts. Unfortunately there is no lift which could be a problem if you have heavy luggage or...

Stayed for one night and had a sea view room overlooking Caldey Island. The hotel is well situated on the seafront and near to everything in Tenby. The breakfast was very good with Smoked Salmon and eggs available as an option. The staff were friendly and helpfull.
