Stunning location, good value for money...3 course dinner £12 for example. However the reception was awful. Arrived at time instructed and before I'd drawn breath was told 'Rooms aren't ready'. Fair enough but zero marks for delivery. There is entertainment every night and boy was it noisy. We had been warned, so again, fair enough. Some winter Sundays there is...

Stayed here for 2 nights in room 102. This is right above the outside doors, did not sleep a wink due to hearing the door slam and reverberating through the room all night, when everyone came through. Asked the reception manager, who didn't even have a smile on her face throughout our stay, if we could be moved to another...

This hotel is a typical seaside accommodation. Location: it is fantastic as it is opposite the beach in Tenby Staff: friendly and accommodating Rooms: old fashion but very clean a bit creaky as we were on the top floor, I do think the hot and cold water didn't work very well in room 401 as the water was cold most...

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a family, 2 adults and 2 primary age children. The hotel was mostly comfortable, although very hot and the breakfast was fantastic but, except for the ground floor, the whole place needs a makeover which, I understand, would be a costly affair. The lady at the front desk was far from...

Stayed just 2nights as we didn't know there was an offer on for the 3rd night. So really have to return there for the offer. Public rooms upgraded to a high comfortable standard. Rooms are dated but, hot drink facilities supplied in your room as are quality shower cap and shower gel and shampoo. Hair dryer. Flat screen tv ....but...

Went to the Belgrave Hotel 25th November 2016 for Turkey and Tinsel weekend. Absolutely no atmosphere, felt like intruders and were treated like "poor relatives" compared to the coach party also there that weekend. Breakfasts, as usual, superb but the evening meals left a lot to be desired. Staff very pleasant and helpful but, like I said, no "party" or...

My husband and I have just returned from a five day trip to Tenby with David Ogden Travel and stayed at the Belgrave Hotel. We didn't expect wonderful weather at the end of January, but overall we were lucky with that...it was quite dry during most of each day. We were also very lucky with this great hotel. All the...
