The Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre comes highly recommended for its excellent location near the heart of Tenby, with guests often highlighting the clean, spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. While the hotel's serene atmosphere and tranquil vibe are praised, some travelers have experienced slow service, particularly in the restaurant. Despite the occasional issue with Wi-Fi and room maintenance, many find the hotel to offer good value and appreciate the affordable parking and meal deals. However, guests should be aware of extra charges and the need to request cleaning services.

Stayed in premier plus room which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. In prime location . Stayed in for meals in the evening which were very nice especially the desserts, and the breakfasts were great. I have stayed in several premier inns and this one did not disappoint would highly recommend and travelling alone I felt very comfortable there.

Premier Inn Tenby Town had a fantastic time staying at this hotel which we have stayed in many times. Staff were so helpful, room was so clean and quiet too. The only let down was the food in the joined restaurant. Please please please get a decent chef who can cook... boil in the bag rice and chicken curry was not fresh and very poor size of portion. I think what we had was a ready meal worth £3. Huge plate with very little food on it... Not Good! And the following night the food was equally as poor. There was only one other couple eating and they too were not happy with their food.. hence why restaurant was empty. Previous stays here the food was brilliant such a shame. Eat out in town not here otherwise you are going to be hungry after your meals. Premier Inn gonna loose a lot of money from the restaurant until they get a qualified chef instead of a youngster who can only microwave a meal.

When we first opened the door to our room, we found that the curtain was hanging off the rail and the duvet pulled up as if in a rush. Complained to reception and we were upgraded to the premier plus room which was satisfactory until it came to lights out. We found that the air con/ heater wasn’t working. We didn’t complain this time because it was late and we didn’t want anyone coming to our room. With out a doubt, we feel that the hotel has dropped in standards and the evening meal ( meal deal ) was like a kids meal. On the plus side, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast was superb, great value.

We stayed for two nights this week and received a warm welcome at reception by Ben. Upon entering our room, a lovely surprise awaited us for our anniversary - a bottle of bubbly & box of chocolates. The gesture was very welcomed. Due to the awful weather and getting drench twice on day one, we decided to stay in the hotel for supper. So glad we did. The food was excellent. My husband said his steak was the best he’s had in a restaurant for a while and cooked to perfection - medium/raw. The customer care we had that evening by Leah was great and she was tentative to our needs. Our room was clean and when the rain and mist subsided on the day of departure, you could see south beach from the window. Lovely views over the centre of Tenby at night. We couldn’t fault the hotel itself or the staff. However, a point to note is that this hotel does not have a car park. There are ones in the local vicinity, but if you have mobility issues you need to make sure you park in the privately owned car park to the side and rear of the hotel. The parking machine is not very user friendly and you could be standing there for 20 minutes trying to get the right tariff. On the wall it says £8 for 24 hrs but on the sign by the machine it says £10 for 24 hrs. It was the latter. This was a nuisance, as we had to keep an eye on time in order to get back to the car park to renew our ticket. Apart from that, I highly recommend you give Premier Inn in Tenby a go, if you haven’t been before.

We spent two nights here during a 5 day Rabbie’s Wales tour. We booked a Premier Plus room because they have so many great perks! You get tiny chocolates, a fridge, a relaxing arm chair, pod coffee and enhanced charging facilities plus high speed internet. We had a great sleep both nights. It’s very centrally located, only a short walk to the seaside and lots of local shops and restaurants. We had views of the street, but watching the seagulls go out to sea was magical. Premier Inns are incredible and I wish they were in Australia!

My husband and I arrived at the Premier Inn, Tenby unexpected ( not booked ) 31 st January for 3 days, the weather was not the best but the staff, room ( Premier plus ) and food made up for it, as soon as we walked in Claire who was at reception couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant, she made us feel so at home as soon as we walked in, and settled us into a room quickly, and Claire consistently made every effort to look after us right the way through our stay with always a smile on her face and so friendly yet professional . Also would like to mention another helpful member of staff called Ieuan .Our room vas very clean and spacious, comfortable bed & lovely and quiet throughout the day and night, lovely modern bathroom with modern bath and large shower. You could choose what heat setting you wanted in your room at all times, which was a great plus, it had tea & coffee making facilities, ironing board, iron and hair dryer, towels etc, very modern clean up to date room, what more could you want, needless to say we will be going back. Have to say all the staff were lovely but we feel Claire went above and beyond, Thank you Claire.
