Lovely cosy B&B on a small working farm. Owners are great, friendly & welcoming. 5* well cooked breakfast with award winning home made preserves on toasted bread made by the owner. Eggs from the farm's own chickens. Panoramic views from every window. Great for walking, cycling etc. Decent choice of pubs nearby for evening meals. Lots of things to do...

Our already high expectations were met, and exceeded, by this wonderful experience. Anita was the perfect hostess, even making a phone call that helped with my family history research. The accomodation was spotless, and the food was five star. Nothing was too much trouble, and we will be returning whenever we are in the area.

This B&B was chosen cause it was close to work the next day but what a little hidden gem. It was better than a home away from home and Anita made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail, hospitality, thoughtfulness and kindness was more than I could have asked for. Anita I will...

We chose this B&B to complete our ruby wedding anniversary travels. Anita very kindly provided an evening meal, even though she had made the decision to discontinue offering meals, given the nature of our visit. The room was immaculate with wonderful views over the valley. The food was excellent, fresh and plentiful, and its presentation was lovely. Breakfast was superb...

Previous ratings for this guesthouse were excellent and our visit proved that they were accurate. Anita was an excellent host and the location is stunning - Britain in Cinemascope. Wonderful countryside viewed from a warm, comfortable home equipped with everything one could need. Breakfast was first-class with eggs straight from the girls outside and brilliant jams and marmalade. Thankyou Anita...

We stayed at Dales Farm for just one night on 18 July and I have nothing but praise for this fab B&B. Beautiful rooms with everything you could need. Amazing welcome cakes and a breakfast you would travel back for. The only downside is you need to drive in the evening but that's what you get for such an amazingly...

We stayed with Anita for three nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The accommodation was immaculate with one or two nice touches such as bottles of water and a wide selection of teas and coffees in the room, Anita's award winning home made marmalade was just superb. We had some of the farm's delicious lamb one evening and...

We only stayed one night but were very impressed with the hospitality provided by Anita The option to have dinner was well worth it. The "slow cooked " Lamb was brilliant & then the Rhubarb Pie was to die for. The room was very comfortable & warm. We would Highly recommend this B&B

Every aspect of our stay at Dales Farm was fabulous. A warm welcome; stunning location; immaculate accomodation and exceptional food.....We had, for example, three types of home made bread with an evening meal; all of which was home grown on the farm and garden.....beautiful food prepared by an exceptional chef. All this at a very economic price. This is going...
