We've stayed here a couple of times before early flight from Heathrow. It's not as close to the airport as some of the other hotels and that's reflected in the price. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a short visit. This time we had an issue with the room at check in (and then the second room...

Stayed for two nights to be close to London for a business trip. Hotel is next to the M4 which gives you all the noise of the motorway. The bathroom was very dated and in need of renovation. The shower was powerful but poorly designed so it was a struggle not to flood the bathroom floor every time it was...

Stayed here as a one night stop to catch a flight in the morning. Room was comfortable and clean, bathroom could do with a refurb as seems a bit outdated. We had a room with two single beds. Room is small but is great for just the one night and the price was good too! Tip, make sure to not...

Arrived at Heathrow Terminal 4 late in the evening and booked the hotel for the one night. There are bus transfers to the Hotel but I took a taxi which cost me STG18 one way. The hotel itself has a very comfortable feel to it and the help provided by the front desk was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was...

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful and there are quite a few amenities at the hotel, while the location is excellent with the airport shuttle available. My complaints would be that the pillows were rock hard while the shower kept switching from boiling hot to freezing cold. If these two things were fixed, I would definitely...

We attended a party at the hotel facilities and stayed overnight. The positive: staff is friendly and helpful, bar & restaurant with good offerings although expensive. The negative: bathroom very small, especially the shower-box, and, we are normal sized people. The room was average clean. Did not try breakfast since we had an early flight. Shuttle service was perfect. Cost/benefit...

Nothing of much interest within a 15 - 20 minute walk. Stayed here before, and found this hotel to have what I needed. The bar service is slow because there appears to be only one person serving at peak times. The menu is pretty god, unexpectedly so for this kind of budget hotel. And the food service in the restaurant...

Stayed for 1 night as as part of a Legoland package no couldn't fault our stay at all. Car park is small, but we arrived at 7pm and even with a wedding being held there still managed to find a space. There are car park tariffs and pay machines in the car park, we had parking as part of our...

The worst hotel iv stayed in. Beds were uncomfortable, ants in the bathroom. Small tin rooms. Requested a COT for my 18 month old daughter at the time of book, yet none was given and she had nowhere to sleep. Car park was a nightmare, no parking available most of the time. Staff very unprofessional and unhelpful also very rude...
