Very Close to Heathrow. Clean.... good staff. Full English Breakfast was excellent. Really good value for money. I Arrived very late .... my room key was left in a small safe near the front door. Some on-site (free) parking.... with a residential road opposite where parking is also possible (no restrictions)

Stayed here as we had a vehicle and wanted a location both within reasonable distance from London and Heathrow airport. Good rail location for daily journey into Paddington Station. Room was adequate for sleeping. Breakfast was good. Five quid for Wi/Fi is outrageous. Internet cafe just down the road toward rail station. Also, Basil Fawlty is alive and well/although he...

We booked this hotel on price and I guess you get what you pay for! Negatives Arrived just after 9pm, front door locked had to buzz to get in, car park was full so had to park across the road, had to pay up front which is a complete no no for me personally, and the bar was not open!...

Nearly did not make it good job I phoned as the lady who books people in goes on the dot of 10.30pm. The room was ok but the bathroom was so small that it was difficult to use the toilet and shut the door. This hotel could do with a good refurbishment. On the good side the breakfast was one...

The hotel looks oldish our room was nicely decorated. Now for the review. Nobody there to meet us except workmen who had to keep ringing manager. We were shown to our room it was a good size, the bathroom toilet seat wasn't fitted properly the sink pedestal was away from the sink if a small child was in could get...

A bathroom of my first single room was way too small and there was a weird smell. Later I get a family room and there was reasonable sized bathroom. All sounds from hallway comes straight to rooms. Still there wasn't too much traffic during my stay. Breakfast is quite poor and there is not anything fresh. Food places and shops...

Overnight stay as working locally. Good price through hotels.com and then free upgrade at check in. Lovely receptionist who helped us with a pub recommendation for dinner. Good fresh cooked breakfast. Couldn't fault it. Free parking. Clean, nice linen and towels. Plenty of hot water.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of it location to Heathrow Airport. We found it easy to get to on our return to the airport, excellent price and in a great location to West Drayton where it was easy to get good food at a reasonable price. We were leaving the hotel at 3.30am in the morning and...

Stayed here for daughters graduation. Looks lovely from the outside. Reception staff were friendly. Rooms are very dated but comfortable. The lock on our door kept getting stuck and we did think at one point we were going to miss the graduation because we couldn't open the door! The shower was ok, only 1 large and 1 small towel to...
