British Airways put us up in this hotel for the night after a missed flight. The hotel is quiet, yet close to Heathrow. The voucher food provided is a simple buffet meal, but after a long , disastrous day of travel it is appreciated.

Stayed one night after landing at Heathrow T5 check in and staff OK but breakfast awfull hot selection was dried-up even the eggs hard they were displayed on griddle type pans and we're open on hotplate so suspect this is the reason

We were in a large room with bunk beds and a double in the middle. Had a kitchen, too. That says "family"...but I didn't see a crib. The place reminds me of a hostel...except you have to "book" your breakfast in advance... More

The place reminds me of a hostel...except you have to "book" your breakfast in advance and we didn't so we were out of luck. I thought the folks who worked there were very accommodating tho.
