Fairly clean but carpeted slightly smelly old and bathtub has hairs not so clean at all . Slept well cause tired from a long trip from America .paid 9 pounds parking despite late booked in on line as cheaper it is then rather than face to face with the lady receptionist at the hotel .food was nice at a price...

A hotel with the very basics. A crackhead doorman who opens the door for locked out guests with an eagerness to take his clothes off to show guests his mosquito bites before they retire for the night. The hallways would be a bit confusing if it wasn't for the clothes iron burn mark in the hallway rug oriented in a...

We were welcomed by a lady Suey Jama and what a pleasure it was. The manager Ruby helped when we had a problem. The people are really trying to make our stay nice and problem free. Suey helped us with getting to where we wanted and with all our activities. We were extremely impressed with the service. The parking was...

The room itself was good. the Hotel isn't in a great location and it charges £9 a day for parking! During my stay, the fire alarm went off 3 times in one night ! No help from the staff when I complained, just a shrug of the shoulders and the phrase "Just one of those things". No offer of any...

Stayed on New Year's Eve, the hotel was clean and basic in the room. Exactly what you would expect from a travelodge. Area not so great and didn't feel that comfortable leaving car as car park very dark. Other than that was fine for what we needed for the night. Spacious room with lots of space for luggage if you...

This hotel is exactly what we needed the night before flying out of heathrow terminal 5. Basic rooms but quiet, clean and comfortable. Didn't use any other facilities as arrived at 11pm and had to leave at 5am. One annoyance was having to pay for 24hrs parking as the only options were 4 hrs, 24hrs and then several days.

A friendly staff team, particularly a young man called Omar-who was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were settled into our room when we had problems with the swipe card. A clean and compact room with a very comfortable bed. Blackout curtains were extremely appreciated when returning from a very long day and night in...

Stayed here as a convenient location for Heathrow Terminal 5 but will never return. Arrived about 10.30pm with a bus load of other guests to find reception swamped with people trying to register. Decided to grab a bite before checking in - what a mistake! Too over an hour to get 2 x pizzas and a portion of chips which,...

I stayed a the this Travelodge with a party of 55, there was a bit of confusion when we arrived with the rooms but the staff dealt with the problem and were very polite, we stayed for one night the rooms were basic but clean and tidy, for what we paid for the night it was good value for money.

Hope this is the one at Terminal 5? Booked through work so a limit on how much my booking was. Looked at the reviews and didn't hold out much hope for a grand affair! Easy to find and parking space easier. Quite how I missed the pay and display signs I don't know but it was all OK in the...
