On arrival at approximately 5.30 to 6.00pm we were told that we could not stay due to a problem with the room(s), the owner said she had been trying to contact us but we had not received her emails. She also said that she had called the contact number we had given several times but she never left a message!... More

My wife and I have stayed at Harmondsworth Hall twice, most recently in February 2015. It's the ideal place to stop having driven down from the Midlands in readiness for along haul flight which on that occasion was to New Zealand via Singapore. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable to ensure a good nights sleep sound in the certainty... More

After our amazing trip to Scotland, we'd got couple of days to explore London before catching the flight for Mumbai. Harmondsworth Hall was chosen because of its proximity to Heathrow, which was not more than 15 mins by cab. Our train got late and we reached this place at 1 am, had a little bit of struggle to find the... More

Every couple of years we fly out of Heathrow and the only place for us to stay is at the Harmondsworth Hall. It's a lovely house in a great little village with a couple of pubs serving good food. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable, so comfortable in fact that we over slept and had to... More

We booked this accommodation almost a year before the date of stay and informed them by email that we would be a late arrival which was going to be at least 10pm and probably after 11pm. We spoke to them again nearer the time to confirm this late arrival and reiterated the time to be later again and was thanked... More

What a find! No horrid impersonal huge hotel. Really quaint and very comfortable. Super personal attention to detail - the room and en suite were super clean, nice big fluffy towels, good shower, comfy bed with soft pillows - I had the best nights sleep I have had for weeks! The breakfast was really lovely, hot not greasy or overcooked.... More

Lovely house and could have been a fab stay, but ther is room for improvment, especially to ensure guests get sleep. Positives: Large room, beautiful house, great breakfast choice, comfy beds, walking distance (literally metres) from 2 pubs, cot and bedding provided, high chair provided Negatives: You will hear aeroplanes (you are near heathrow but this didnt bother me), dog... We were 2 adults and 3 older children stayed in a family room. This is a more personal alternative to a hotel. The room was nice and clean. We had a bit of jetlag and it was very hot when we arrived so we didnt sleep much. The breakfast was really good. So I would definetely stay here again if... More

A good option if you fancy a change from what can be quite sterile airport hotels at Heathrow, we had a large room with a sofa and TV. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. There is a pub around the corner, nothing special though.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from the UK. We didn't want to stay in one of the large impersonal hotels near Heathrow and a bit of Google searching found this place. What a find! It's quaint and in a small village so you don't feel like you're only a 10 minute drive from Heathrow. The... More
