STUNNING!! I cant tell you how relaxing and welcoming the staff and hotel is. We stayed in the executive suite and there are no words to describe how stunning, modern and relaxing it really is. I cant Express enough how professional and kind Jamie the manager and all the staff are. Jamie in particular made the stay feel very special. The Loft restaurant again has such a nice atmosphere and the food was perfectly cooked and very tasty including the breakfast. The whole stay and experience was second to none and I cant recommend it enough. I just want to say a massive thank you to all staff and a very big thank you to Jamie. We will definitely be seeing you again very soon.

I have just spent two lovely nights here. It was easy to find and access from the main roads and plenty of parking. Room was great, food delicious and staff friendly and helpful. A+ will come again...

I am absolutely outraged by the service I have received from this disgusting hotel this evening. A friend and I booked a room unaware that two people from different households cannot share the same room. As we arrived at the reception, we were asked by JAMIE to show ID and he explained you cannot stay in a room if you were from different households, but he said on the occasion he will let us off. Nothing was explained to us, no rules, no leaflet, just given a key to the room. As two of our other friends were staying at the hotel too, we had them come in to our room to join us. We then had a knock on the door from JAMIE, to say we had broken the rules. I kindly tried to reason with him, and said the girls will go back to their room. He abrupt responded with ‘NO! Pack your stuff and leave!’ I was completely mortified, in disbelief! We had been in our room for 10 minutes! He forced us to pack, we had no option as he said he was going to ring the police! I then said to Jamie I would be writing a complaint, which he replied to ‘PROVE IT!’ He also went on to say ‘who will they believe? Me or you?’ At this point I am in utter shock. How is this manager in charge of this place, with no one else around? I am disgusted as this hotel used to be lovely, and I have visited many times! I then asked Jamie for a refund to which he replied no! After all of this, Jamie then rang up my friend, one of the two girls that broke the rules and come into our room, and offered them a free nights stay! What sort of unprofessionalism is this?!? I have never met a more disgusting human being in my life! I will never be staying here again. Especially as the covid-19 virus isn’t taken seriously as Jamie didn’t even have a mask on! DISGUSTING!
