My husband and I have stayed at Hungate Cottages two times and are in love with this place! The cottages are well and nicely furnished, clean, well maintained, cozy, stocked with all kitchen supplies you could possibly need, very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, gorgeous gardens surrounding, and perfectly located in the heart of Pickering. Walk across the street to eat...

Just returned from a weekend staying in Levisham cottage, which was very cosy clean and welcoming. The setting was excellent just a short walk into town and many attractions on the doorstep. I shall be recommending these cottages to friends and family.

Just had a family weekend get together here for a big birthday celebration and it turned out to be an ideal choice. Lovely cottages with easy access to the town and all amenities. Had two that interconnect so we were all able to just chill out. Restaurants, cafes, bars and take aways all within easy walking distance. Never needed the...

Our third visit to Hungate Cottages staying in 'Ellerbeck'. Another fantastic holiday there. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. There was fresh milk and flowers in our cottage which was a lovely touch. It was spotlessly clean and had a real 'home from home' feel. We settled in very quickly and loved the log fire. We will be...

Beautifully equipped cottage think that owners had thought of everything even baby reins! Lovely and clean couldn't have asked for more. Main down side was the poor sound insulation in the upstairs rooms. Thank you Rachel for keeping the surprise for my husbands birthday. Children's play area was great for the grandchildren and the cottage garden was lovely
