We were greeted by friendly staff and were pleased with our ground floor room with a large bed and extra facilities e.g. bottles of water as well as usual tea, coffee and biscuits. The lounge/breakfast room was comfortable, which also doubled up as the restaurant in the evenings which included a bar. The food choice was very good and served...

Check-in was easy and the very helpful lady in reception escorted me to my room and even carried my bag up the stairs which was a nice gesture. (There is no lift) Although I had booked...
