Very welcoming stay. Great views and top breakfast. We were only there for a night followed by breakfast before heading off. The owner did a great job in making us welcome and was very helpful. I wish him well. Would recommend.

By pure coincidence myself and another Bradford City fan booked a night here to see a Checkatrade (Nobody Cares) Cup game. We lost 3-2 but we both had a good visit. A large part of the enjoyment was due to how good this place is; even though it was one of the cheapest offering full breakfast. Very clean and friendly;... More

I feel that this guest house is in a quieter part of Morecambe - which suits my tastes. The new owner maintains the house very well, is friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are excellent. There are stunning views over the bay at the front.

Came to Morecambe for a friends wedding as decided to book into this guest house based on previous reviews. The place itself is very clean and tidy and has beautiful views. (We were in room 3). I understand that this is an old building but the whole room actually slopes. The room was lovely and clean though. The bed was... More

As an overnight stay on our way to the Isle of Man we had pitched our price to match local premier inns or travelodges that were full because of a steam punk weekend. How fortunate were we ! This is a little gem of a place. David greats you and carries your bags not just to your room when you... More

The room was very clean, tidy and well appointed but the veiw of Morecambe Bay and the Lake District beyond was stunning especially at sunset. Breakfast was excellent and the host friendly and welcoming. Would recommend a sea facing room, don't miss those views.

We stayed at the Broadwater on the very first night of our epic Way of the Roses cycle trip. We'd spent several hours battling with bikes on the train and eventually arrived in Morecambe in a howling wind and rain storm. We were desperately hoping for a great B&B and the Broadwater was everything we could ask for. A warm... More

Lovely B&B. Clean, really helpful and accomodating. Very comfy bed, great view, large room. Perfect breakfast. A bit of road noise in the night but at the same time a great central location. Cant have one without the other. Would definitely recommend.
