Hotel was nice, I arrived late and left early, so only met 2 staff who were elsewhere on both occasions and there was quite a wait to check in and out.. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No disturbances during the night and the bed was comfortable and clean. I'd stay here again as the room was very modern...

Can't fault the staff that work here, always willing to help and that's with a smile.Lounge bar has a great view of the bay. Parking to the front and car park at the rear. If your visiting for the first time go to the front to get the rear access code.

I cannot fault the customer service at this hotel. I have visited twice so far, once for a wedding reception and once to enjoy a few drinks with my wife and friends from work. I enjoyed the opportunity to be able to enjoy conversation in the gin and wine bar without blaring music and also the exeptional politeness of management...

Just got back from the hotel, absolutely stuffed! There were 5 adults and two children (5&12) we arrived and were greeted by Margaret, the receptionist, who showed us through to the dining room and introduced our family to the staff, who then showed us to our table and took our coats to hang up. They gave us time to settle...

I had booked the function room at the Lothersdale Hotel a year ago for my 50th and at a cost of £500 for hir of the room alone. I had a few dealings with two members of staff Margaret and Candice over booking rooms for family etc, and they were both very helpful and very friendly. 4 days before my...

We were heading to The Lakes after a hectic stay in Blackpool and chose it because it was on the seafront and the reviews looked good. It is a lovely hotel, very spruce and welcoming. The bedroom was really comfortable with great wifi (refreshing!!), but the best thing was the quality of food. It was a Sunday night, out of...

Stayed 1 night B&B in room 10. Staff nice overall the hotel was of a good standard and clean. Breakfast was good. The room was fine until bed time. It was very noisy what with people being very loud in the corridors. It was like being next to a boiler house with the heating system very loud. The room door...

A good 3 star. Room was ok for the price Rm22. The receptionist, Margaret was outstanding with her professionalism, nothing was to much trouble. The bar and food were above average with very friendly staff my colleague and I had a great laugh. A good night sleep followed with a good breakfast next morning. I would stay again.
