This was our second visit and it will not be our last. The whole package is brilliant, greeting, rooms and breakfast are all first class. We will be staying with Lee and his family every time we visit family in the north east.

I t was impossible to find fault with the establishment. Good sized rooms which were spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities you would look for. The breakfast offered a wide choice and the presentation of the cooked breakfast was outstanding. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Ideally located close to the centre and with own...

A charming old house, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, nothing is too much trouble for the owner and his staff. An oasis of calm in this busy area, just a step over the road to beautiful beach and coastal walks, golf course and the interesting town of Hartlepool and countryside a short drive away. This is a guest house...

A lovely family run guest house which is fantastic value for money. Friendly welcome, clean, great breakfast and in a marvellous position on the green at Seaton. A choice of rooms in the original guest house or in the new block to the rear of the house. Either are lovely.

Largest selection of breakfast options I have ever seen in a hotel or guest house. The parking at the rear of the house was convenient and secure. The room was lovely and warm, clean and well appointed. There was...

Warm welcome as always, clean and very comfortable and spacious family room. Great breakfast for all of us. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lee, who is the perfect host. My children wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Our 3rd time at our favourite guest house in the North East and was up to its usual excellent standard. Rooms are extremely comfortable, the breakfast is first class and made to order and the welcome from the Family is always warm and genuine. Looking forward to our next trip already
