This is the third year we've stayed here and every time we are never let down by the quality of our stay. Definitely sleep so well, such clean comfortable rooms. Exceptional meal deals, with good quality food/drinks.

Rooms great, access to restaurant perfect, value for money, perfect for a family budget. Most importantly customer service is perfect, the reception team, the restaurant team and the staff generally. Really helpful, fun, interactive and brilliant with the kids. The special surprise, in the rooms quiz / riddle, is a brilliantly innovative touch.

Our room and the hotel were exactly as you would expect of a PI, clean, comfortable and quiet. Our meals were either overcooked and dry or swimming in gravy. Breakfast the following morning was burnt, it was debatable as to who had the most burnt omlette.

Hotel is in a good location for easy access to the A30, the staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and ok, but in my opinion was overpriced for what you get. You can achieve better value for money going to smaller independent hotels in the area.

We stayed here for a one night stopover on our way to holiday in Cornwall. Had no problems. Good location for what we needed. Shops nearby. Bit of a walk to the town but wasn't a problem as we had the car. Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms comfortable and quiet.
