A group of 12 of us stayed in a park lodge and park lodge plus. Don't expect luxury, but it was very good for what we needed it for. You have to bring your own towels and cleaning supplies but other than that the houses were stocked. We went in October so we didn't get a chance to do the...

Although most of the accommodation looks lovely, if you are staying here, I would definitely recommend the waterside cabins. They are modern, comfortable, well equipped and best of all have their own hot tubs! The cabins are located beside a pretty fishing lake which is very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what you need when you want to get away from...

We went out of the school holidays so there wasn't many people there. We had a cherry villa with a hot tub. The accommodation was nice and clean and so was the hot tub. The park itself was a bit dated and could do with a bit of tlc. The pub food was nice but drinks a bit expensive. Pitch...

We stayed in a Hengar Manor lodge - an attractive row of detatched lodges located just off the main car park. Ours had an enclosed patio at the front which was a nice addition compared to some of the others (which had open patio areas). A fairly quirky layout inside with a steep staircase up to a dormer bedroom, which...

We were booked into here for a holiday but we found the caravan to be very dated. The staff put us into a lodge where we were bitten by what we think was fleas. Staff handled it reasonably well and we received a full refund.

Beautiful surroundings., waterside cabin gives you everything you could wish for including a hot tub overlooking the lake. Quite but hot tubs are not totally secluded from your neighbours. Bar area serves very good meals, the site also has a pool area ,spa, shop & cafe & a pizzeria. Welcoming staff & atmosphere. Great area for visiting local attractions like...

We're not light sleepers, we're not sleep-through-a-bomb types either, we're just normal "need a good nights sleep to function properly and enjoy the (relaxing) break we had paid for" types. Like you. We returned to the Nest cottage at HM again for a long weekend break for our anniversary. We used it as a base once again for exploring north...

I have been going to Hengar manor for many years and it's unique charm never fails to make me smile. This was my first trip there with 2 young children and it was just lovely. We stayed in a Hengar villa for a 3 night break over the weekend. The accommodation is slightly dated and minimal but has everything you...

Stayed 3 nights while attending a wedding. Had the Garden View room in the Manor House. Many rough edges (after a busy season?) but comfortable and clean. Female receptionist was very helpful and obliging. Nine hole golf course with greens cut to the same height as the "fairways". St Austell beer in the on-site pub. Decent indoor swimming pool.

Came back today from visiting Hengar manor for a week. I must say it is fantastic. We stayed in a waterside cabin with a hot tub. The hot tub was cleaned every day. The swimming pool is fantastic and the food in the tavern is good we had an amazing roast dinner which I 100% recommend for the money! Only...
