Just had two nights in the Casa Loma but could easily have stayed for 2 weeks! The first thing you have to realize is it's not a hotel. There's no restaurant on site. The units are really self catering condos but luxurious, quiet and with a view to die for. Our one bedroom unit on the lower floor opened onto...

Thank you for describing the reason many of our guests request an additional night to their stay once here. It is a pleasant retreat from the daily workaday world, especially after September’s Labour Day, and tempting to extend the peace and quiet a little longer. We encourage our guests to consider rebooking a year ahead to revisit the total experience.

We stayed at Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort (Sept. 9 - 15) after searching for accommodations in Kelowna and then reviewing them on Trip Advisor. This resort will NOT disappoint and was above and beyond any expectations we may have had!! Very nicely situated on the west side and within steps to Lake Okanagan with all accommodations having a tremendous view...

Thank you for the glowing review of your stay and the surrounding attractions, not that we can take credit for what Nature has to offer. Regardless, we are proud that there are so many varied sights and activities to partake of right on our doorstep from wine tasting, sampling exquisite cuisine, to golfing at championship courses, adventure touring and cruising...

My family and I stayed here for my cousin's wedding last weekend (6 of us). The resort was beautiful and situated right on Okanagan Lake. Our suite was on the second level with 2 balconies. One off the front, overlooking the lake, and the other off the second floor bedroom. Waking up to the view of the mountains and lakefront...

We appreciate your review. Your family and friends were a delight to have at the Resort. It is always a pleasure to see a large group enjoying visits on the decks & balconies or gathered around the pool. There are some awesome meals put together at the main BBQ area too - we never know where we might find the...

My husband, and I just spent a week in Casa Loma and without a doubt we will be back. There was nothing about our condo that we would have changed. The service there was unbelievable the facility was so well maintained and clean we couldn't ask for anything more. My husband was concerned because the last time he was there...

Casa Loma Resort has upgraded the property both interior and exterior over the years, so that it does not show its actual age. Keeping pace with technology and guest expectations has been a Management priority over the years. We are very proud to welcome return guests, and those coming year after year feel like family to us. Guests interact freely,...

5 of my friends and I stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. Not only was this condo beach front it was also kept in amazing condition. The check in was seamless - very nice staff. Before we even got the resort I had a lot of questions that were answered promptly and respectfully. The check out was also great -...

We are delighted that you left with such a positive impression of our Resort. Our Front Desk staff strives to be as accommodating as possible throughout the reservation and check-in process which can be a bit tedious, however do try to provide useful information to cover usual questions that arise. We prepare in advance for timely checkouts. As well, our...

Believe it or not this is our third summer vacation to Casa Loma. Every year we have come back under the premise that " the kids love it and it cannot be any worse than last year"...and every year it is literally worse. We have stayed in many hotels and resorts, in many different cities, both with and without kids....

We fully promote your vision of the ideal family vacation, and make it a priority to follow through on any noise complaints received at our Front Desk or after-hour Manager’s phone contact, which is given to each Guest on check-in. We appreciate your generous review. Casa Loma Resort is very popular with all types of gatherings, and getaways from birthday and anniversary celebrations to reunions. Off-season and shoulder season our spacious Condos offer extra beds and baths, and are perfect as hospitality suites to host group meals, etc. Our three bedroom Condos are sometimes rented to smaller groups as meeting...

Thank you for your review! We believe Casa Loma can be your ‘Home away from Home’ in any of our individually decorated unit types (condo, villa or townhouse). Each unit has a lakefront patio or balcony where one can enjoy the view while sipping their morning cup of java or having a quiet meal with company. We are sorry you...

We stayed her two nights in May. We had a lovely 1 bedroom condo with the best lake views ever. The resort was almost empty, so we had the whole beachfront to ourselves. We'll be very happy to welcome you back to the Resort on your next trip to Kelowna and are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay. The housekeeping surcharge you mentioned only applies to kitchens left in extremely poor condition and requiring far in excess of the normal cleaning time. It called itself as a "resort" , but it isn't a real resort.
