We stayed with Tony and Emilia in their beautiful large house with a fantastic view of Lake Okanagan! The bedrooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had access to a hot tub on the deck overlooking the Lake. We couldn't have asked for better or more beautiful accommodations. Tony and Emilia treat you like family! They really strive to ensure you have a positive experience so you'll want to come back for a visit. Emilia's breakfast is so delicious and her pizza from the pizzeria they own is magnificent! Tony took us to Mission Hill where we had a great wine tasting experience and saw the beautiful grape vines at the winery. He had great recommendations of other things to see and do while in Kelowna. Please stay here, you'll have an amazing time! 5 Stars! Thank-you so much Tony and Emilia! Pam :)

It was a delight to stay at Lake Okanagan. Tony and Emilia were amazing hosts. Emilia made us the most delicious breakfast, taking account all our food allergies and restrictions— I found this very sweet! She made the most delicious potatoes with rosemary, and even gave me a bit of the herb to keep. The house is spotless, the view is INCREDIBLE, and the hot tub was so relaxing! SO so happy we chose to stay here and will definitely be coming back!

We just spent a great weekend with Tony and Emilia. I Am amazed how they treat all their guests like long time friends. Its like we were part of the extended family. We came up for breakfast long before 9 am and spent at least 2 hours each day talking everything from cooking and wines, to family and business, and of course, Italy, where Tony has convinced us we have to travel to. And.... breakfast was great each day, with no issues catering to my wife's allergies. We were in town for my moms 80 th birthday and this was a great spot, convenient to where we needed , but also to everything the west side of Kelowna has to offer. Our room was large enough for 2, very comfy bed, and we had our own balcony which was gorgeous. And, just down the deck, was a great hot tub we had all to ourselves, as no one else used it while we were there. Next time we are in town, this is easily the first place we will look for a room. Just hope theirs a spot open for us....... One small warning. If you book through Hotels.com, the address they provide isn't right, and neither are the check in instructions. Tony was going to get on them again after the long weekend to straighten things out, so hopefully they get it fixed up. Thanks again for the great weekend. Hope to see you in the spring.

We stayed in Kelowna this past weekend at the bed and breakfast and we were absolutely blown away with the experience. We arrived late at night and they had conveniently designated parking for our rental outside and a code lock system so we were easily able to access the house. The house itself was very clean, well kept, and had the most beautiful views of the lake. In the mornings, the hostess was super friendly and made us a homecooked delicious breakfast along with fresh coffee. We were also able to explore the surroundings in Kelowna quite easily, we literally walked to the mission hill and quails gate wineries, and we drove across the bridge for dinners every night in downtown Kelowna. We will 100% be staying here again. We also loved the hot tub out on the deck! It was hard to leave this dream home after our 3 nights but we will be back:)

My mother was visiting from the UK so I wanted to spoil her with a wine tour in the Okanagan. Having never done this myself I was unsure what to plan or expect. From booking to leaving Tony made the whole process and experience a true joy. We thoroughly enjoyed the private tour of recommended wineries and as a plus the goat farm with it's delicious gelato and cheeses. His knowledge of wines and Okanagan vineyards guaranteed a memorable experience for us both. Tony and Emelia's hospitality was warm, friendly and made sure that all our needs were met with a smile and jovial conversation. I loved the small personal touches that catered to each of our individual needs - from the delicious cooked breakfast to the after wine tour snacks. The location to Quail's gate, Mission Hill and other assorted vineyards is very convenient and the surrounding area is beautiful. Our room was very luxurious, with a incredibly comfortable bed and sheets (I slept so well) and the view spectacular. The A/C was a little cool for me however it was soooo hot outside that if was refreshing after being outside. I'll be baaack!

Tony and Emilia welcomed us with open arms and tons of knowledge. We stayed in the pyramid room which was awesome and we had our own private patio with an amazing view. The B&B is within 10 minutes to many wineries. Downtown Kelowna was about 15 minutes away, but a really easy drive. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and different every morning. If we get the chance to visit Kelowna again we will definitely be staying here!

We were very excited to have secured B&B accommodation at the start of the Okanagan Wine Festival at a well-reviewed place 20 minutes walk to Quail's Gate and Mission Hill Wineries. Unfortunately, exactly 1 week before our arrival the owner called to say he could not accommodate us because of "an electrical problem" in our room. Apparently our arrival date is the first day that any electrician in Kelowna (population 195,000) can come - 7 days! If I were an electrician I would move immediately to Kelowna as there is obviously a gross shortage. Having worked in construction, I was a bit sceptical about the unavailability of electricians, but we were nonetheless left to the tender mercies of Expedia. As the Owner said in an email, "we are responsible for equal or better accommodations and not for anything else." Good to know! After a couple of hours of tense Internet searching, negotiation, etc., we have secured alternate accommodation through Expedia - not as good as this was advertised to be, but at least it's real.

Again, We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced, however, upgrades were needed to be made and waiting 7 days for this individual to do the job is not something out of the ordinary!!! Your review we feel is not warranted and unfair as unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur . We relocated you to a superior rated property and we paid over $200 dollars doing so. We were kind, courteous and professional throughout our communications with you. We are truly sorry you are so disappointed! We are in the business of enhancing our guests experiences and take pride in do so. We will continue to strive at getting better at what we do. Kind regards

Tony and Emilia were wonderful hosts at this bed and breakfast. The house is lovely and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of privacy during our stay, but were also able to chat with other guests during breakfast. The breakfasts were plentiful and very good. I even got Emilia to show me how she makes her eggs! The B&B is in a residential area, so it is very quiet. It is close to several wineries and a very short drive to other wineries in the area, hiking, and water activities. Tony and Emilia were very friendly and provided some great recommendations for local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights on our honeymoon in May. Amelia and Tony are great hosts who really take care of you! Wonderful breakfasts and conversation in the morning and we ordered from their Pizzeria one evening too which Tony delivered to us personally :) you can tell they put alot of pride into taking care of their guests. The house is huge and beautiful! You really feel at home and its nice and private despite the size. Highly recommend this b&b!

From the moment we arrived till the day we left we felt very welcomed and at home. The house is amazing, with stunning views, location is right in the heart of the wineries and the bed is very comfortable. Toni and Ameila (the owners) are warm and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Its like you knew them all your life. The breakfasts are fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away, spend time with family or friends. I can go on and on how wonderful Toni and Ameila are and how amazing the B&B is but I think you will have to book and see if for yourself. Special Thank you to Toni and Ameila for being so wonderful. Big Hug From Gord & Char
