Best B&B we've ever stayed in. Just 5 min drive from downtown Kelowna, perfect views, great amenities (including kayaks) and and incredible breakfast. The house designed to be a B&B and this really makes the difference, bathrooms in each room and comfy common area. We will come back, highly recomended.

My husband and I stayed in the Lake Room on the Labour Day long weekend for an anniversary getaway. What a wonderful place! Deb and Jim are fantastic hosts. They have an eye for all the little details that set an inn apart - simple touches like candles beside the two-person soaker tub and a decanter of whisky beside the bed. Jim even gave us a bottle wine from his cellar when we were too lazy to make the short drive to town.
The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge, with giant walk-in shower. Wonderful view of the lake with private balcony. Location of the hotel is beautiful - right on the lake with private dock. Outside the Lake Room is a nicely-furnished common sitting room with view of the lake and cozy fireplace.
All rooms have good separation between them and the owners have their own quarters, so you really feel like you have the place to yourself. Both mornings we had a wonderful breakfast with fresh ingredients.
Our room was so comfortable we didn't even make it to the hot tub. Next time!

We stayed for one night as we attended a wedding down the road on Westside Road, Kelowna. We needed an early check-in so we could freshen up before the wedding and Debbie, kindly, made it happen! This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting with gardens and a dock on Lake Okanagan. Our room had a view of the lake and a fabulous bathroom with a large tub and lovely tile finishings. We slept very well as it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was outstanding! I always look forward to breakfasts in B&Bs and this was one of the best. The eggs benny were from scratch and the home baking( strawberry muffins) and fruit parfait with brulee sauce were special. The sundeck overlooking the lake was a great place to have breakfast (including the hummingbird visitor). Jim and Debbie were so accommodating. They grow their own veggies and herbs so really a treat to be fed by them! We will certainly stay there again!

This was my first time to Kelowna and the Okanagan, and staying at the Willow Beach B&B definitely made it memorable. Gourmet breakfasts all from scratch with local produce and all fresh ingredients, amazing lakefront property with a private dock to relax on all day, hot tub, putting green, soaker tubs, breath-taking views - you can't beat this B&B. It's outside of downtown, so it's nice and peaceful, but only a 10 min car ride to get into the city or to one of the many wineries in the area. The rooms are all beautiful and the Lake View room has a spectacular view from the private balcony.
Deb and Jim, who are by far the greatest hosts ever, have thought of everything, right down to the goodie baskets and beach bags with beach towels and flip flops in each room. They were so accommodating when they found out that a few people in our party had allergies, that they came up with brand new recipes for the following day's breakfasts so everyone could enjoy a delicious meal. if you need reservations for restaurants, wine tours or golf courses, they are more then willing to recommend and assist. This is a couple who truly enjoys what they do, and it really shows.
Next time I go back to Kelowna I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else but the Willow Beach B&B.

We had stayed at the Willow Beach B & B in July 2008 and decided to go back there with my parents on their first visit to the Okanagan. We chose to stay in the Willow Beach suite, which is downstairs but effectively on ground level as the house is built on a hillside.
Firstly the setting: this is amazing, with breathtaking sweeping views of Lake Okanagan, although not to be booked if you not have a car!
Secondly the suite itself: this is a lovely home from home 2 bedroom place with a comfortable sitting area and well equiped kitchen. the master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. My only critism is that beds are too soft, however if you like a soft bed this is the place for you! The bathroom is spotless with towels for both showering and relaxing in the hottub which is directly outside the suite. We had a lovely evening in 2008 there, drinking ournewly purchased ice wine! The hot tub also has sweeping views. There is a short walk down the hillside to the private jetty which is for guest use. Lovely sunbeds directly on Lake Okanagan were also used by us! There are also kayaks for use by guests.
Finally, the owners themselves: Jim and Deb are lovely hosts and Jim cooks the most amazing breakfasts with local produce. Lots of advice was received about local restaurants and how to make best use of our short tiem there. We had a small misunderstanding about our final bill which was quickly resolved.
All in all I would highly recommend this place for a visit to the Okanagan. We had a peek in the main house guest bedrooms and they also look lovely

Jim and Deb are outstanding hosts. From the moment you ring their doorbell and they greet you, to them waving you off after hugs all round. Their home is drop-dead gorgeous. It is completely renovated, furnished exquisitely with antiques, their bathrooms are spa-like and I have never slept so well as I did in the bed. Our room, the Lake Room, has its own balcony with a view of the lake and town of Kelowna. Their back yard drops down to the lake so you can walk down to the dock and watch the world go by. And oh the food!!!! Come on now, we all expect a B & B to have cold toast with greasy bacon and eggs for breakfast don't we? - not here. Breakfast is a three course affair and takes easily an hour. Fresh fruit presented in a parfait or baked grapefruit! Freshly based muffins! Frittatas, or eggs benedict, or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon! With fresh coffee and juice. None of this cereal and warm milk - if I had stayed longer I would have been rolling out the front door. Jim and Deb recommended restaurants and would make reservations for you if you do not know the area. Jim would exchange recipes and we talked until the small hours of the morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Go, tell your friends to go, and then go yourself again. This is an amazing place and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Jim even offered to drive my husband to the airport as my flight was at a later time and then I could sleep in. Definitely hosts with the mostest - do not hesitate to book here - you will never regret it.

What an amazing place to stay!! Jim and Deb went above and beyond to make our 4 day stay outstanding. They made excellent recommendations about local dining and winery experiences so we were able to enjoy the best of Kelowna in a short time. The breakfasts were gourmet to say the least and our room had a spectacular view and was stocked with all the extras (robes, slippers, super soft towels and blankets). We will be coming back in the summer to enjoy the amazing dock and great golf. You won't be dissappointed if you choose this B & B!

Comfy bed, air conditioning,spotless, beautiful decor and gardens.All the amenities such as wine picnic basket, kayaks, mini golf and your own dock to swim off. The breakfasts were made each morning with concern for my gluten free diet as a celiac with all fresh ingredients from the area. We could not have been hosted by two nicer people and the other guests who stayed there were great to meet as well. I would highly recommend this B&B.

We went here for a few days after our wedding recently and it was just what we needed! BEAUTIFUL house, beach area and willow tree to sit under. The yard is stunning. Deb had mint water ready for us at all times and the breakfasts were phenomenal. They helped us find places to eat and even bought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. We plan to go every year on our anniversary.

My girlfriend and I stayed recently for 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations. The hosts were easy to talk to and did everything they could to help make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfasts were amazing and the food was fresh. We stayed in the Lake View Room and it was well decorated and the bathroom was perfect. A large tub and separate shower. The location was only a short drive into the city and nearby wineries. The best part was the beautiful landscaping leading right out onto your own private dock on the lake. We had access to kayaks and a paddle boat which was a lot of fun. It was everything we could have wanted and we highly recommend the Willow Beach Bed and Breakfast.
