Room was very clean & spacious, television with good selection of stations, tea and coffee facilities although very sparse on what they leave for you so you might like to take some of your own.breakfast good, selection of juice, cereals toast , dried and fresh fruit, selection of Patisseries , also a decent selection of hot food, tea and coffee....

The staff at the Grange were excellent, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Val was excellent she looked after my sister on her wedding day and took a lot of the stress from her. Organising everything and being there for any problems and questions. The team were brilliant also. But for me Val stole the day with her...

I stay here frequently with work and overall love the location, the staff are friendly and no issues with the rooms. My only gripe is why on earth there are no irons and ironing boards in the rooms, it's a pain every time having to call reception and waiting to have one delivered. Please get this sorted it won't cost...

Very spacious, including comfortable 8ft wide bed, good size television, comfortable chairs, bed linen clean. Tea and coffee making facilities including biscuits. Room very quite no noise from adjoining rooms. POOR POINTS Central heating did not work properly,...

What a dump - but what's more disappointing is that The Grange could be fantastic. The grounds at the front of the hotel are impressive and the old house looks lovely - a lovely setting for wedding photos I'm sure. The rooms on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I booked a Privilege room, for just me,...

Lovely location on outskirts of Bristol. Food is excellent with plenty of choice. Ask for room facing front of hotel for better views. 2nd visit and would come back. Good for conference venues with the facilities they provide.

I stayed in room 106 which was a good sized room and well equipeed with a comfy bed but the bathroom definately needs a revamp - the sink had a large crack in it and there was mould on the tiles near the bath which was the narrowest bath i have ever used. Time for a bathroom refit!

we were there for a wedding held at the venue and having read reviews were a little apprehensive but our room was lovely plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. Yes the bar was expensive and needed more staff at peak times but staff were hard working and polite. Lovely surroundings and plenty of parking. We had a small...

Had a fantastic one night stay at the Mercure the Grange in Bristol. Good location and was easy to get to from the M4. We had a lovely room, very quiet with a very comfortable night sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and the service was of a very high standard.
