Beautiful quiet location with the most gorgeous sea side walks and drives. Close enough to Montrose to walk to the shops and restaurants. Caroline, the hostess is amazing and will cook you a Scottish breakfast thats hard to beat. Beautiful cosy lounge to relax in with great DVD selection and games for those rainy days.

This quest house is one of the best I've ever been if not the best. The owners pay details to every thing within the property, quality can be seen in every part of your stay even the surrounding area is really wonderful. I'm proud that I have been in The Roomies.

The Roomies is situated in a beautiful spot a short walk from the Lighthouse, which offers beautiful views and a few minutes drive outside of Montrose City Centre. Not only is the Roomies in a wonderful location but it is a fabulous B&B. The proprietors, Caroline and Keith were ideal hosts. They made us very welcome and were very friendly...

The rooms were quite clean. There was a comfortable guest lounge that was very relaxing and suitable for conversation, and was also equipped with movies and reading materials, along with coffee and tea. Accomodations were good, but the hospitality was a bit lacking, and it was a very difficult place to find and get luggage to.

The Roomies was an excellent B&B, the owners friendly, rooms large and clean, the breakfasts delicious. One of the best I've stayed at. If you're after digs in the Montrose area you can't go wrong here. The only minor blip is the parking is in a public carpark which was often full, however there was always space on the roads...

Doesn't look much from outside but do not be fooled. Quiet. Good walks nearby; close to Montrose for good eateries

We stayed at The Roomies for 2 nights B & B. The accommodation is very nice, everything one could wish for at these prices. Feels like a secret place, hidden away. The bedrooms are beautifully fitted out, if a little small. The house is a pleasure to be in, lovely fittings. The adjoining sitting room is a joy, high ceilings,...
