Really cannot understand some of the negative ( often nasty ) reviews people have put on here . Yes it might be a little outdated but in keeping with the style of house . our room was cosy and comfortable with a lovely sea view . Maria and Tony welcoming and helpful . The breakfasts are amazing all freshly cooked...

Thank you - We have no problem when a guest discovers something negative and comments on it. When a room is only 1/2 way through refurbishment and we have to use it - then we deserve a poor comment. However, we have found that guests who do not talk to us about deficiencies, do not allow us to solve any...

We visited this hotel for a last minute weekend at the end of October. Wonderful location, on the promenade facing the sea. Although the room was on the side it was very comfortable with plenty of hot water when needed and lots of tea and coffee available in the room. There was a lot of choice at breakfast including the...

Thank you for such an encouraging and positive review. We and the were delighted that you mentioned the cleanliness, comfort and friendliness you met here. I have explained in other replies that we have purposely NOT updated the décor in this 'OLD LADY' of a guest house. It was erected in the 1890's and while we have simlified the surroundings in...

Just returned form a 2-week stay at the Whitehall, Maria & Tony are two of the nicest people you can come across. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and shower water nice and hot everyday. Tony cooked the breakfast and I must say that it beats any full breakfast we have anywhere else. There was also a good...

Than you for the review. Tony especially thanks you for mentioning him as he is usually busy cooking when guests are having breakfast. Maria has added home made Welsh Cakes and home made muffins to the pastry tray. We look forward to your return visit.

We visit the nearby national park regularly for climbing weekends and short beaks. This small hotel is ideal for Snowdonia (30 minutes by car) very friendly and helpful staff and spacious comfy rooms with interesting sea views. Best breakfast in Wales. Good restaurants in small town, ten mins walk. Exceptional value and highly recommended. The 300 character rule be TripAdvisor...

Thank you for such a comprehensive review. Despite the 300 character rule you have mentioned our excellent location (on the beach but very close to the mountains and walks of Snowdonia). I live here and, believe me, your review was VERY believable. Thank you.

Thank you for the review. Guests often find their way here when Llandudno is booked up and enjpy the experience here. We are only 3 miles away from Llandudno - but we are quiet and overlook the Bay AND it is only a short bus trip so you do not have to battle the traffic! I have explained in other...

Thank you for a great review especially one that stressed the comprehensiveness of our breakfast menu. Our 'lovely ladies' enjoyed your mention too. By the way - I still do the pancakes and maple syrup! so please return.

This B&B was a very last minute, same-day booking when we were rejected elsewhere, where we had reserved, after neglecting to include our toddler son on the booking (ran foul of fire codes). The large and comfortable three-person room we got at the Whitehall was the same price as the double room we were turned away from, and included a...
