My wife and I stayed here for three nights as part of a walking holiday organised by Inntravel. Marcos the owner/manager couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. i would definitely come back here.

The hotel is situated a short distance from the main beach strip and is near convenience stores and very good restaurants (Eg Rebetiko Taverna). Marco gave us a friendly welcome and explained the room arrangement and when breakfast was available. The room we got was very airy large and modern with a nice balcony, clothes rack for laundry, refrigerator, kettle,...

Stayed 4 nights in early Sept. The hotel does everything you would expect a three star to do, and more. Best of all are the helpful staff, Markos and Dimitria, who couldn't do enough for us. Hope to be back.

Best hotel in Sougia. Markus, who runs the place, is very professional and service-minded. The rooms are keeping a high standard, especially given the remote location and in comparison with local competition. If I have to mention something, it would be that the absence of a restaurant-license for the hotel limits the breakfast slightly, but that is not a big...

Marco and the staff at Syia are very friendly and helpful. Room ran about 80 euro a night but it was extremely large and clean. Location is right up from the beach and a 2 min walk into town. Had an issue with our AC but Marco got someone in to Sougia to get it fixed within the hr. Great...

Our first time in Sougia from 9-14 July 2015 and we stayed in an apartment at the Syia Hotel. It was very spacious and comfortable. There was a small balcony with table and chairs, as well as a clothes drying stand, which was very useful. The beds were comfortable orthopaedic beds, which some people might find a bit hard, but...

Syia Hotels the perfect place to stay in Sougia. It is just down the street from all the restaurants and an easy walk to the port for the boat to Ayia Roumeli. Marks is a super manager; very helpful and friendly. The room was very large (we stayed in a studio) and very clean; it was a great place to...

This was our first time in Sougia and we will definitely return to this little gem of a hotel. Syia is spotlessly clean, cared for and maintained by Markos the manager who cannot do enough to make your stay as good as it can be. He seems to love his hotel as much as he loves his huge motorbike and...

This hotel has very spacious and clean rooms. The owner is also spectacular and genuinely cares about his guests. I almost didn't book this hotel because it looked a little far from the restaurants and town area - I was very wrong. It is just at the edge of the center of very tiny town - a positive to get...
