We stayed here for three nights with our touring caravan. Every moment of our short break here was lovely. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and relaxed. The lady who greeted us was warm and friendly, came outside to us to explain where everything was, allowed us to choose our own pitch and even greeted our German Shepherd...

First impression of the lodge was WOW and that didn't change. Lodge was complete with all mod cons and very spacious. Hot tub added that extra touch and provided even more relaxation. Step out of the lodge (Chestnut) and you are just a few metres away from the Pool so you can fish at your leisure, set up in the...

We have been to Beaconsfield Park before and our visit to the Haughmond lodge last week was equally perfect. The lodge is very cosy, and well equipped never need to bring anything. The hot tub is just the icing on the cake. The owners obviously invest a lot of time and love in the whole site and it is our...

Recently had a weekend break here, chose a Chestnut lodge with a hot tub. The lodge itself was lovely overlooking the pool, clean and cosy with everything you need for a relaxing break, the hot tub was a touch of luxury which was soooo enjoyable. Could not get in the Bothy restaurant on the park as fully booked all weekend,...

We are quite surprised that you do not recall when you telephoned 2 days prior to your visit, that you were clearly informed that there is a charge for visitors, so not sure what the issue is. The gusets that you visited were also aware as they had agreed to our booking terms and conditions. If you book a caravan...

We used it once never again which was disappointing! We specifically asked them to change the water before we arrived however i do not...

Had a weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. Really warm welcome, lovely spacious and clean lodge. We were given a bottle of wine and flowers on arrival and the lodge had a Christmas tree which was a lovely festive touch. Tranquil surroundings, nice country setting with the town only a short taxi ride away. Ate at the on site restaurant...

Be prepared to not get your deposit back, we stayed 3 nights paying £330 + leaving a £75 deposit. After returning from our break we received a letter in the post 'we are retaining your £75 deposit and you have a balance due of £125.... For SOILING the bed' Reading this thinking they have got our cabin mixed up with...

I'm afraid if you soil the bed somebody needs to pay to replace it, standard industry procedure. All staff and management have seen the bed still damp.
