We took a short trip to Goa from March 27 to 29th, as we could not go anywhere due to Covid. arriving at the hotel on 27th, jerry greeted us with the usual kokum syrup. Covid felt very cared for in the hotel. Jasminn hotel has become like our second home. clean rooms as usual and their timely cleaning, Beautiful surroundings, a very quiet area. From here, the beach is close by, So the evening passed with a gentle breeze. Very nice cocktails & mocktails are made here along with delicious starters & meals. All the arrangements from pickup to drop were very nice & for that thanks to Mr. Tanmoy and there Team members. Everyone should visit Jasminn hotel at least once, I am sure you will visit again & again. Thank you, Mangesh Nagarsekar.

we had an amazing conference at jasminn. it was an overnight stay and i must say we had a very enjouable and extremely comfortable stay. the staff was extremely helpful and curteous. They charge for dental kits which is strange. And do not provide empty plates if the food is ordered from outside and charge you for that as well. Apart from this it's a flawless property . A must stay place in south goa with very good rooms and services

Tripadvisor Jasminn Dear gauravspwan, Thank you for your review. Glad to hear of your recommendation to others to stay with us. I do wish to address your comments on the additional amenities that we provide at a charge. We are proud of our levels of service, our product, our facilities etc. Our guests, via reviews like yours, clearly mention the same, where, even though we are a budget property, we exceed expectations of our customers. (An airline like Indigo is still a budget carrier and charges extra for EVERYTHING even though the service etc is excellent like a full service carrier!!!!). This often leads to expectations of a full service hotel that does provide a lot of amenities like dental kits, or bathroom slippers on complimentary basis. The room rates that we charge however, are extremely reasonable and well within a budget hotel. These extras then, come at a cost to us, that we just cannot give away complimentary. I may also add, that we charge the most nominal rates like Rs.30 for dental kits etc, but yes, we do charge for the same. We would like to make you aware, that in our Premier rooms and our 1&2BHK suites, we do offer additional amenities complimentary because the rates are higher (just like a hotel that charges double of what we charge as room rates). Further, on the charging for plates for outside food. The key word here is “outside food.”! It is a bit unfair to expect us to provide a service of free cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. that WE have spent our resources on to clean hygienically each time (from dishwasher chemicals to storage etc etc), the team member has to deliver across the property, to a room where the food being consumed is not from our kitchen! In Covid times, we as the travel industry have suffered the maximum in the world. We have welcomed our guests back with every team members beaming smile (behind the mask we still have a big smile!!), our hospitality, warmth and care, all with higher costs of sanitisation, disinfection, masking and so much more just to ensure YOUR safety and comfort. Our rates however have halved, if not more. When a guest then orders food from outside, it deals a further blow to all our efforts mentioned. Like a kick in the guts. I just feel here, we need to be understood for once as well. I do hope you take this in the right spirit that it is intended and look forward to seeing you back at Jasminn in the near future. I stayed with my partner in Jasminn for 5 nights and 6 days. Right from the time we entered the gate to the time we exited, we received exceptionally humble and friendly service which talked tons about their hospitality. Vilson was very very helpful throughout our stay with all the comfort amenities they could provide to make our stay memorable. Everyone at the hotel is very very polite and extremely helpful with even small things you may need. Service is super fast and the food at their restaurant is amazing! We had lunch at the hotel restaurant many times. the place is beautiful to take a stroll in the night just before you hit the bed. I would highly recommend this place for you to stay if you are looking at a peaceful and relaxed vacation in South Goa. Definitely worth the price you pay!…

First of all, let me thank entire Jasminn team for their excellent hospitality & facilities. Booking Process & confirmation : Team took merely 5 minutes to send booking confirmation alongwith all agreed terms & conditions. Thanks to Mr Vincent Gomes. Property maintenance & check in process : team was very courteous with well maintained rooms & very quickly extended all support in smooth checkin. Pool facility / Activity cum indoor sports center / lobby / reception area .. everything is awesome. Breakfast : Full of Variety including Healthy & Delicious items. Daily New dishes with mouthwatering taste. Transport to Beach : Hotel team arranged to & from travel to nearby beach ( almost 2km away) by innova as part of our package. It was excellent service. Restaurant: Had some time dinner & lunch also. Best part of restaurant team was they prepared & served always very freshly cooked items. Kind of home made feelings with hygiene during this covid fear. Interior of Rooms : Truly superb furniture & furnishings. Simplicity in Innovative way.enlightened with very impressive light shade colours. slightly mattresses had extra cushioning , not easy for us being not routine habit. Managing Team : Entire team from reception to restaurant was very courteous & humble. Over and above, Mr Vincent who leads the entire team as Key Role in senior leadership of hotel, was very supportive & friendly during entire trip. Special Kudos to him for making this wonderful & pleasant experience for entire family group. We Will surely visit Jasminn hotel next time to add more colourful memories in coming period.
