A lovely pub Situated in the village of Barton. Not far from Cambridge. Quaint decor inside. Lovely open fire in winter. Varied menu to suit all requirements. Pleasant service. Reasonably priced. Good for Sunday lunch. Positioned in a good location to just drop in on your way to or from a good day out. A nice way to end your...

Well, all was good. Staff were excellent as was the food from the menu and we all had a very good experience. Well done everyone, we will return! Parking on site is adequate, the toilets were clean and fresh and there was no annoying background music.

Quite a busy pub, plenty of parking. Clean enough. Staff friendly and welcoming. The sharing nachos with the addition of chilli were excellent. Hubby had fish &chips very good, I had roast beef which was ok. Pudding looked good but we were full. We would eat again. We sat in the conservatory which was pleasant enough, but it looks out...

We booked this room as it was near to our friends wedding reception venue. It's really easy to find, on the A603 not far from Cambridge. The pub itself looks as though it's had quite a bit of investment, it's light, bright and welcoming. We didn't drink in the pub as unfortunately it was closed by the time our taxi...

We visited the pub for lunch today, Sunday. A young lady showed us to our table. She took our drink orders and then our food orders. We opted not to order any starters. It took about an hour for the meal to arrive. It wasn't as if the place was busy either and I can see why. Not once any...

We stayed here for 1 night and really liked it. There are 2 twin rooms off the car park, really comfortable beds, very clean. We ate in and the food was good pub food. Breakfast was superb and cooked to order. Very friendly place, would have stayed longer if they hadn't been fully booked over the weekend. Reasonably priced for...

I went with my family to have dinner on a Friday evening. The food choices were good and the food was a little above average. However, the service was lacking. Mari ( I believe that's how you spell it) was great. However, there was a younger woman and another lady who was pregnant (who seemed to be in charge) could...

Visited here having run out of driving time (lorry driver) and parked opposite in the lay-by. So l wandered across for a pint or two and was welcomed with a warm greeting at the bar. I had no cash on me except my credit card and asked could l open a tab? Which they kindly agreed. I ordered off the...

We stayed 1 night with our 2 dogs. Our 2 rooms opened onto the car park so ideal for the dogs. The staff were very welcoming and happy to have our dogs in the bar. The beer was good and the pub restaurant had great pies as well as an extensive gluten free choice and good service. This is a...
