We arrived just after lunch, we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who was very helpful, in fact all the staff were very friendly. It's such a pity it went downhill after that. We were given our keys to the rooms but decided to go to rooms later. We had lunch which again was very nice. However...

Firstly, have to say the pub was good. Lager nice and 'clean' and well kept. The place had quite a bit of charm to it. I was greeted on arrival where I was asked for the room payment before I had seen the room. Pity I hadn't insisted o seeing the room - No 7 (keep away from this room)...

room 6...... avoid this room at all costs. It stinks like a trawler, after our 1st complaint the management tried to remedy the problem by placing TWO urinal blocks in the hand basing and another by the side of the fridge..... after our 2nd complaint we were given 2 scented candles placed on the cistern. A comfortable bed but a...

The room was basic but very comfortable. The bed was extermely comfortable (very important on a cycling holdiay!) The shower head leaked a little but I didn't have any of the problems suggested by the other reviews. The standard of service was superb. The pub itself is very good, with good food and well kept beer. A cold offering of...

on arrival the property looked run down,we had booked bed and breakfast (at a charge) to be told "we do'nt do breakfasts" but there is a cafe over the road. The online menu showed several meals that were not available. More like a "workmans" hotel, several builders vehicles in car park.

We chose the Swan for its proximity to the British Motor Museum at Gaydon, which we visited twice during our 3-night stay. The rooms are in a converted stable block and are simply furnished. The first room offered (No. 4) had housekeeping problems, so we were allocated No. 3, which also has twin beds. It has plenty of drawer and...
